I went to try and get these items and was told I didn’t have enough e-store money. My webkinz account said I had over 26000 ganz cash and the items were still available. Why couldn’t I purchase them???
If all of your points are on your Webkinz World account, you won’t have enough on your Ganz eStore account. These items are not available in the W Shop and you cannot transfer points back to your Ganz eStore account.

How much Estore points is is?
kitty made a small pack is about $20. I do this once a year . The pets for $5.99 keeps account open and is only .99 cents more than my local cost. But much better choice. Deluxe Memberships usually are best on black friday. and you can save them to start when your ready and an older one runs out. IF E-store works then the game goes on we all benifit. So a little here and a little there it all ads up. But the ART WORK I see in new items is so nice and more real . I want to donate my plush to the local police ,fire dept and hospital for kids. Like real kids grown “blowing in the wind like DANDELION SEEDS”. On to a new life .
