Wow! There was some major drama today at the Kinzville Academy. We all met at the school to start setting up for the Fall Fair. It was going pretty well. We got the tub all set up for Lucky Ducky and Stoogles was filling it up with water. I was mixing colors for the Face Paint. Roberta and Alex were measuring out the correct distance from the basket for the beanbag toss. Purr-cilla was laying out the hula hoops for the hula hoop game.
Suddenly, Salley came running out of the school with Nibbles behind her. She ran straight over to Purr-cilla and shouted, “Where is it?” Purr-cilla looked as shocked as the rest of us. Which was kind of shocking in itself, because Purr-cilla always tries to act like she knows exactly what’s going on. She asked what Salley was looking for and Salley just screamed, “You know what I’m talking about? Where is it?”
We all came running over and Roberta asked what had happened. Nibbles told us that someone had taken the golden vase that Fluffington had donated from the cupboard in the art room. Salley cried, “It wasn’t ‘taken’, Nibbles! It was stolen! And we all know by who!” Salley glared at Purr-cilla.
As soon as Purr-cilla understood what was happening, she was absolutely furious! She told Salley that she was no thief and that there was no need for her to steal the vase anyway since she was clearly going to make the best cupcake. Then she and Salley just started losing it with each other. Salley said that she knew she never should have let Purr-cilla on the council and Purr-cilla said that without her, everything the council did would be a total failure.
It got so loud that my mother heard it from her office and came running out to investigate. Nibbles explained what had happened, while Salley and Purr-cilla stood on either side of my mom, staring daggers at each other.
Then all of a sudden, my mom looked really embarrassed. She said, “Oh Salley! I apologize! I was in the art room the other day and I saw the vase in the cupboard. I knew that Cowabelle had said it was valuable, so I brought it into my office and put it in the safe.” She shook her head. “I meant to tell you, but it just slipped my mind. There has been so much to get done.”
Purr-cilla smirked at Salley, who was just staring down at the ground. “Sorry, Purr-cilla.” she whispered. “What was that?” said Purr-cilla, smugly. “I couldn’t hear you.” Salley looked up, shame-faced, and said “I said I’m sorry.” Purr-cilla just looked at Salley for a moment before saying, “Whatever.” Then she walked back to the Hula Hoop game.
Nobody really knew what to say so we all just went back to setting up, but it was very quiet after that. I hope this isn’t a bad sign for the Fall Fair.
I knew that would happen.
But I can understand Salley.
I totally knew this was going to happen the way they talked about the vase :roll:

Gawsh…. Alright, let’s see. Salley, you had no right to blame Purr-Cilla. Sure, she wants it really bad, but who doesn’t? And you could have asked her “Purr-Cilla, do you know what happened to the vase?” And also ask everyone else. Purr-Cilla, you don’t have to be smug about it. Salley said she was sorry, and you should forgive her. ;)

Salley said sorry to Purr-cilla and all Purr-cilla said was WAHTEVER!!!!! How mean is that!!!!!! Purr-cilla probably hurt Salley’s feelings after that. Purr-cilla is such a bully and meany. Get what I mean.
Both Sally and Purrcilla are bullies, they try to make everyone follow them. They both can be nice at time but they both are bossy and push everyone around to do what they want. That is why they don’t like each other, they are too much alike.
oscrgrchy, you are are so right. That’s exactly why they don’t get along. Each ‘Kinz wants everything “her” way and woe to anyone who disagrees. Right now I wish they would disband the school council. It’s just one big headache.
Salley shouldn’t have accused Purr-cilla without proof. That’s just mean. I would hate it if someone came up to me and said, “You took a very valuable vase. Where is it?” I would get really mad. You know, I almost wish I voted for Purr-cilla. I’m starting to actually like her. I have a friend that’s sorta like her.

And my sister always blames me for stealing the pens! :evil: :mad: And the scissors! Actually, pretty much everything gone missing she blames me.
but you have to remember that Purr-Cila doesn’t have “the greatest reputation”. She can be lame sometimes and she even said that she really like the golden vase. Salley seemed really embarrassed when she said sorry. Purr-Cila was never that nice to Salley so it is somewhat understandable why she was accusing her.

I think I voted for either Stoogles or Purr-Cilla, since I don’t really like Salley. I lost my school council, so I’m sad. :cry:

Oh, no no no! I’m sorry, you misunderstood me. I lost the ELECTION! He he, sorry for the miscommunication! LOL, big word. It is really sad, though. I think I would have really liked it. One of my best friends is in it, and my absoulute bestie is in it…… :cry: I’m sad!

Sorry Salley, but it was really mean of you to accuse Purr-cilla that she stole the vase with no proof. She’s not that bad of a cat you know. And Purr-cilla, since Salley actually did say she was sorry, you could have said thanks, or that you forigve her instead of “Whatever.” I’m glad this mystery was solved, but the blow up that came with it wasn’t worth it.

We had a pretty good feeling this was going to happen…maybe more than a feeling it would happen. Either way, this is why you can’t automatically assume someone did something, because all it does is lead to fights and hurt feelings
Northwestern knew this was going to happen. Oh well, they will find it. It was kinda mean of salley. ;-)

OH! Who said this was going to happen? I did! I exactly predicted they would think Purr-Cilla stole the vase and then it would be someone else! So, now to predict who will win that cupcake contest…………
