I agree with PennyOpera. These Fall clothes were included in the New Category along with 5 outfits that could be used as Halloween costumes: the Knight’s Armor, the Toadstool Fairy, the Pink Cowgirl, the Firefighter, and the Banana Split costume. I think they were just calling our attention to the ‘everyday’ clothes so we didn’t overlook the Fall Clothing since Halloween is over. Actually, I think that at least 4 out of the 5 ‘costumes’ could be worn as ‘everyday’ clothes. (The Banana Split costume is a little iffy, unless your pet owns the ice cream room theme!) When I saw this announcement, I even took a second look at the Fall Clothing Line and bought more pieces.
hay mandy? i bought a Tomato clown fish webkinz today and also a webkinz binder,both brand new with there codes.never been used at all.the packages were sealed. but when i broght them home and tryed to use them,NEITHER of them worked!i want my pet!where can i get help?
when i put it in on mobile it says code already used! but there was no sign of somebody taking it off or anything and it was still secured to the pet. like with the blue ribbon and the plastic extra secure thing,AND the plastic seal around the code had no sign of being taken off. i want a code that works that is the same pet. and i also want a code that works from a webkinz trading card binder. i dont know how old it is though,cause i noticed that codes for the code shop start with W24…. but mine starts with W22. do codes like this ever expire? i want my stuff that i specifically bought!!!

That happened to me with the white duck pet. It was a long time ago so i got rid of the code. :(
but sally? i tried to enter a golden retriever on a different account the same day and it didnt work either!
The same thin happened to me with my duck code as well. It was completely new and all, everything sealed and no signs of the code being tampered with, but because it was bought through Ebay they weren’t able to do anything to help me. :(
What does that have to do with it….I have bought lots of webkinz on ebay, Five Below, Dollar Tree…and many more. If the codes does not work…should not make any difference where you bought it. Email them a picture of the code…proof that you have it…see what they say.
I did all of that, sent in a picture of the code, even took a video of my trying to put it in, but they said that since Ebay is not a supported reseller, they couldn’t help. I did however send in a picture of this thread and hopefully they’ll reconsider what they had told me previously and somehow fix my duck code. :)
I bought a duck and the code did not work…they did not even ask me where I got it and I sent in a picture and they fixed it for me. Hope they reconsider for you.
