Thank you for the notice on the retirement of the Fall clothing line. Can you please repair some problems with the next update? The DIY furniture, DIY tickets and Red Glasses (Winter 2022) are not available on MOBILE. Most of the time I use my smart phone to access my regular account. These items should be available to regular accounts on MOBILE. Thank you for your attention. AuntietoEW
I use mobile as well, and notice that the red glasses oddly are not available in the shop. I also notice that they DIY furniture is not in the shop, or the tickets. Even, if I can’t make the dyed furniture items on mobile, I would like to decorate with some of the white pieces. Can you add these items into the mobile shop? Thanks.
Sally Webkinz, Michael or whoever is moderating I think an easy solution would be to have in red on DIY items and Building kits a note stating that a desktop app is needed for these items. I’m sure we are not alone in wanting to use a mobile app to purchase items. The red glasses must have been an oversight. Please pass on our request before the update on Wednesday. Thank you!

AuntietoEW brings up an excellent point on behalf of all players who access their Webkinz account through MOBILE…Could the DIY items, red glasses from the Winter 2022 collection, and any other items that should be available to regular accounts on Mobile but are missing, due to oversight or glitch, please be corrected with the next update and added to the Mobile W Shop? Thank you so much for your attention to this problem, and a HUGE thank you to the Webkinz/Ganz team for everything you do to make our in-game experience both fun and memorable, and just overall amazing!!!

I love; love; LOVE bows. MORE hairbows and more colours PLEASE ! And SOCKS ! As far as I know we have only received one pair of socks ( Christmas ) in the 12 or so years I have played webkinz and I seem to have missed them on all but two accounts. I think all these articles are great. Really like the tie dye shirt; purple skirt; and white sweater. We’ll all be so stylish ;)

Love the new Spring line—great colours that are very versatile. The Funky Fall Glasses and the Funky Fall Hat (toque) were my favourites from the Fall line–they looked good on every pet and the colours in the toque went with so many different outfits…for Fall *and* Winter, too. Great job, Webkinz!
