Hey Fiona, will the day ever come where we can send personalized messages in kinzpost? Somtimes what I want to say doesn’t really fit any of the messages we can choose from. It would be nice to chat with my friends when we’re both not online at the same time! – Breelin
I would love to have more letters to deliver! Unfortunately, every single message would have to be reviewed before it could be sent — that’s why KinzChat Plus is only available during certain hours. The closest you can come to something like that would be to have a chat in the forums, and if you have suggestions for messages you’d like to see in KinzPost, please leave a note!
Dear Fiona Why can’t i trade with webkinz members more than once a day? i really wish that would change. Thanks – Katf15
When Webkinz World first added KinzPost, there was a limit of one Gift (containing up to three items) per day, so when trading was added, the same limit was used. If anyone ever got on to your account, they wouldn’t be able to send all of your stuff to themselves. That said, it’s certainly possible that it could change. I hear there are some verrrrry interesting things coming up soon.
Hey Fiona, will the eStore and WShop EVER be separate again (will there be a separate eStore and wShop)? It’s very frustrating having eStore and WShop items jumbled together because I can’t buy eStore items. It’s a little inconvenient. – Dawn2Night
Thanks for the question, Dawn2Night! Stuff from the eStore won’t be leaving the W Shop any time soon, but word around the water cooler is you’ll find it a bit easier to use in the near future.

Hey Fiona! Why was the new update last July called Webkinz X? A lot of people had really good guesses like it stood for the Roman Numeral for Ten. Does it have some meaning or was it just called that?
Hey Fiona, why did Music Starz stop? Music Starz was one of my favorite parts of webkinz. I always loved watching the little music videos, and then in 2012, they stop making them? Why did they stop, and will there be any more added in the future? It would mean a lot if you answered my question. Thanks.

I agree. I hated it when the e-store and W Shop merged. Really irritating having the items all mixed together. I also wish it would be separate again.
Hi Fiona! I love hunting for gems and stars. I have tons of the items you can trade for and was wondering if we will ever get new items to trade for? I have just been saving them all.
Great questions!!! I would love to send personalized messages but I see that it is not very functional for Webkinz to do. New messages would be nice though! Such as “Sorry, I can’t meet you in the park today.” Sometimes I don’t know what to do if I can’t meet with someone. I’m too indecisive to finish trades much. Also, I agree that figuring out what I can and can’t buy is tricky in the W-Shop. A slightly different set up, such as Kinzcash items in front and eStore in back would be nice! Thanks for the answers Fiona!!! :D
I’m really bummed you won’t be separating the eStore and wShop…. It would be so much better. I hope you change the wShop though to maybe filter stuff better though.
