Hey Fiona, will the day ever come where we can send personalized messages in kinzpost? Somtimes what I want to say doesn’t really fit any of the messages we can choose from. It would be nice to chat with my friends when we’re both not online at the same time! – Breelin
I would love to have more letters to deliver! Unfortunately, every single message would have to be reviewed before it could be sent — that’s why KinzChat Plus is only available during certain hours. The closest you can come to something like that would be to have a chat in the forums, and if you have suggestions for messages you’d like to see in KinzPost, please leave a note!
Dear Fiona Why can’t i trade with webkinz members more than once a day? i really wish that would change. Thanks – Katf15
When Webkinz World first added KinzPost, there was a limit of one Gift (containing up to three items) per day, so when trading was added, the same limit was used. If anyone ever got on to your account, they wouldn’t be able to send all of your stuff to themselves. That said, it’s certainly possible that it could change. I hear there are some verrrrry interesting things coming up soon.
Hey Fiona, will the eStore and WShop EVER be separate again (will there be a separate eStore and wShop)? It’s very frustrating having eStore and WShop items jumbled together because I can’t buy eStore items. It’s a little inconvenient. – Dawn2Night
Thanks for the question, Dawn2Night! Stuff from the eStore won’t be leaving the W Shop any time soon, but word around the water cooler is you’ll find it a bit easier to use in the near future.

I know that there are a lot of different ones and the team comes up with great new designs all the time, but I have a name that I thought would be perfect to use on a mole and was surprised that there wasn’t one yet. Dear Fiona, I like the looks and the functionality of the new Pet select scroll but the pets stop at 100. What is the plan to fix this problem? Can we see an update soon? I know that it goes by most recent pet and then back but finding a pet in a large house is not convenient. Please help. Thanks.
Please, please, ple-e-e-e-e-e-ease take out very annoying and ugly post “no announcements” post from WW! Every time some of us (my sisters and I) going to WW we got this post. It is really, really bad manners!
I would like to know when I’ll be able to adopt my pets? The code on the tag always gets the green checked mark, but when I tried to enter the numbers in the shaded section my numbers are’t correct. I’ll try repeating over and over for 4 trys before I have to wait till the next day. My browser has been changed from internet explore,firefox,and google chrome. My cashe is cleared many times a day. Ganz support can’t help me either. Sorry this is long!!!!

Hi Fiona, I have a question- I reeeeeeaaaaaally hope it gets answered…Well, here it is. When will the Webkinz Stadium update. It hadn’t changed in years. I want new competitions (as in more catagories), and maybe you could change it a little, to make it fit in better with Webkinz X (I know you’ve been changing things to look better, I think you could change the Stadium a little)…I LOVE the stadium, but new events would be so fun! Fiona will our adoption certificates and pet bios ever have their proper birth dates again? Currently they show as the day we adopted them but we still get mail on their REAL birthday. Also is there any way that deluxe members can ‘stand out’ on our friends lists? I’d really like to be able to send gifts of deluxe items to non-deluxe members but I don’t know who they are.
Hi Fiona. I would like to know if the pet’s favourite food will ever be separated from the other foods or at least put behind the food items. I have lots of pets and when I want to purchase specific foods, I have a lot of scrolling. To make recipes or buy apples..it just would be easier.
I have a total of 6 treetop rooms and do not like the white blobs that are now on the trees. They distract from the decorating items and were not there when I bought them. Please consider making trees green as they used to be. Thanks
White…Blobs…? I never see white blobs…I think you’re glitching- badly! You should try using a different browser or clearing your cache…If it continues, contact Ganz. Hope this helps!
