Hey Fiona! I have a quick question. Which came first, Arte’s gem hunt or Alyssa’s star challenge? - DarkChocolate

Oh, my… now that’s a trip down memory lane! I had to ask Arte about this one, and he said that the Gem Hunt was added to the Curio Shop first… before you could even visit the Magical Forest!

Someone once sent me the Ginger Cat box. It just sits on my dock and doesn’t move. How were they able to send it to me and will it ever be rendered functional. If not, is there a way I can remove it? Thanks – annietherat

Well, annietherat, gift boxes aren’t supposed to go through the mail like that, but sometimes these things happen… and unfortunately, the gift box can’t be made to work. It’s busted, and you’ll need to give the kind folks at customer service a shout — they can remove it from your dock. They can be reached at webkinzsupport@ganz.com

Thanks for the question, MisakiKt! You’ll be happy to know that I just received a postcard from Dr. Quack — he’s enjoying himself on a grand retirement cruise! I don’t know if he’s planning on returning any time soon — he’s having lots of fun — but I’ll reply and let him know that he’s missed. If we’re lucky, he’ll drop by for a visit someday.
