Oh, my… now that’s a trip down memory lane! I had to ask Arte about this one, and he said that the Gem Hunt was added to the Curio Shop first… before you could even visit the Magical Forest!
Someone once sent me the Ginger Cat box. It just sits on my dock and doesn’t move. How were they able to send it to me and will it ever be rendered functional. If not, is there a way I can remove it? Thanks – annietherat
Well, annietherat, gift boxes aren’t supposed to go through the mail like that, but sometimes these things happen… and unfortunately, the gift box can’t be made to work. It’s busted, and you’ll need to give the kind folks at customer service a shout — they can remove it from your dock. They can be reached at webkinzsupport@ganz.com

Thanks for the question, MisakiKt! You’ll be happy to know that I just received a postcard from Dr. Quack — he’s enjoying himself on a grand retirement cruise! I don’t know if he’s planning on returning any time soon — he’s having lots of fun — but I’ll reply and let him know that he’s missed. If we’re lucky, he’ll drop by for a visit someday.

Hi Fiona, I have a question about the “Finding Dory” event that’s being held sometime in June. Why is this event only allowed to people from Canada?
Probably because the USA can get to do alot of things that Canadian residants can’t do. And maybe the person who thought of Ganz is from Canada. I know you did not ask me but I really wanted to answer you right away even though that probably isn’t the real answer to it. I am just saying. Sorry I am a day late. Do not believe what I just said I am not so sure if it is true I do not want to tell lies on webkinz newz ganz world.

Hey Fiona, will Webkinz ever be able to add a feature where users can edit their pet names? My cousin had wished for that to happen someday.
Webkinz said if the name is very bad it probably will change. but I had never tried it before. Just a little tip for you.
like MyLittlePony2010EG13 mentioned, you cannot change a pet’s name unless it was inappropriate, same with your username and the name your webkinz call you
Dear Fiona, I understand why Signatures were discontinued, but what about the other lines of pets (Rockerz, Delightz, etc.) ? Were they discontinued for the same reason as Signatures? Also will there be any more new lines of pets? Thanks!

The Rare Item (Sandstone Spa) was AGAIN in the Curio’s Shop Deluxe Section!
The Deluxe section is an additional set of inventory that is available for Deluxe members. It’s not meant to just show Deluxe-only items — it shows a random assortment of items, including Rares.
Please let us know what the Family Score Prizes are after 1,000,000, and what the amount needed is! We were told they went up to 3,000,000. I have 1,191,000 and wonder what I am working toward. Thank you
There are no prizes available above 1,000,000 yet.
If we continue on past this family score will we still be able to get the next ones available as earned?
I would assume so, but there are no immediate plans to add more prizes. The vast majority of players are nowhere near completion.
Hey Fiona! I have a question. What happened to Music Starz? If I am correct, the last Pet of the Month video from Music Starz was for December 2013 (the Reindeer). Will there be any more Music Starz videos in the future?? Thanks!

Dear Fiona, Is there a way that If my Ganz World account is way different than my Webkinz account and password. And my Drawings from The Design A Halloween Pet Contest does not go to my account and a different Kinz’s account if they have the same password and account as me in Ganz World. But me in Webkinz I am radishbird3 not MyLittlePony2010EG13. I just do not want to have the pet if I win go to theirs not mine. I said the same thing in the design the pet contest in the comments and in the comments in Webkinz world thanks. MyLittlePony2010EG13

I emailed Ganz and they sent me to a web site that has all the broken items that had not been repaired yet.. They are working on it .. They introduced Webkinz X whatever that is…. webkinzsupport@ganz.com
Webkinz X was a huge update with a lot of bugs, I’m not sure if they were all fixed, but most of them were. The broken items were mostly animated items like swimming pools, trampolines, ect. Maybe some gift boxes don’t work, but I don’t know off hand. Anyway, that’s Webkinz X, mostly just more animations but other stuff too.
