Oh, my… now that’s a trip down memory lane! I had to ask Arte about this one, and he said that the Gem Hunt was added to the Curio Shop first… before you could even visit the Magical Forest!
Someone once sent me the Ginger Cat box. It just sits on my dock and doesn’t move. How were they able to send it to me and will it ever be rendered functional. If not, is there a way I can remove it? Thanks – annietherat
Well, annietherat, gift boxes aren’t supposed to go through the mail like that, but sometimes these things happen… and unfortunately, the gift box can’t be made to work. It’s busted, and you’ll need to give the kind folks at customer service a shout — they can remove it from your dock. They can be reached at webkinzsupport@ganz.com

Thanks for the question, MisakiKt! You’ll be happy to know that I just received a postcard from Dr. Quack — he’s enjoying himself on a grand retirement cruise! I don’t know if he’s planning on returning any time soon — he’s having lots of fun — but I’ll reply and let him know that he’s missed. If we’re lucky, he’ll drop by for a visit someday.

27 May 16, 3:45PM – I was just at the Curio Shop and tried to buy the Cabana Wide Screen TV. When I clicked on it, it told me to go DELUXE! It was NOT marked as a DELUXE ITEM! What gives WW???!!!!!!
You will get that message any time you try to purchase an item from “Deluxe” section of the Curio Shop. The item itself is not Deluxe, but you need to be Deluxe in order to purchase anything in that part of the shop.
Fiona, my webkinz keeps crashing!!! My webkinz are really slow!!! Please help me! And I know its webkinz because i have other games i play like this but they work! Help me please!

Is there going to be some way to know when our friends last logged on? When I can only ask 10 friends for something (like flowers) I’d like to know who is playing and not ask people who have not played in a long time. It would also be nice to be able to remove friends that haven’t logged on in a year or two. Thanks!
Hi kkat! Check your webkinz phone thingy! I do that all the time when I ask people for flowers! It helps a lot! Also, if you want to friend me I am mistmantle5504 and I always send people flowers when they ask for them!

Dear Fiona, My question concerns the new “pet choosing” option. I have over 150 pets and the choosing only goes to 100 pets. Is there any plans to fix this problem? I have been with Webkinz as a Deluxe member for several years and have spent a considerable amount of money to play Webkinz the way I would like to play. It seems like these “New” changes are making some things worse, not better. The Search feature doesn’t even work to try to search for a particular pet. I don’t have all day to go room to room in my large house to search for individual pets. At least with the old way you could flip through the book and find all your pets. This will probably not get answered but at least I got to vent. Hope things improve soon. Thanks
Hello trexjt2013, Have you tried typing in your pet’s name using all lower case letters? Also, type in a category, such as dogs, cats, elephants, etc. These methods always work for me. Eilish
i havent personally had this problem, but something that has helped me with finding my pets easier is having multiple pets share a room and naming the rooms with the pets or type of pets found in there! not really sure if it would help your situation but thought id share haha! good luck!
Dear Fiona Please HELP I have 2 beach house rooms and today my 4 beachhouse beachview windows went missing from my rooms?????? So I purchased more but I cant place them in my rooms?Why? Please fix Iam a nervous wreck
The same thing happened to me! I bought like a bunch of beach house beachview Windows and they all disappeared! Hope ganz can fix this!

Dear Fiona, will My Page ever be fixed? It seemed so cool when it was working. Now you can hardly do anything there because almost nothing works there anymore. Also will ever be “modernized” as you might call it? That would be really fantastic if it was! If it ever gets fixed, it will be so much easier to find friends in Webkinz World. I agree. The Updates they do are pretty cool but, since they did that I can no longer invite others over (I believe A LOT of people are waiting for that come back. *ahem* BigBroDragneel and DragonKeeper.) I don’t really like Webkinz Newz anymore, cuz’ of their update. It might be cuz’ I am getting to the teenage age that webkinz seems boring now. It feels like there is nothing to do on webkinz anymore. I now only go on for the arcade. Tails~
