Hi there Fiona! I have a question, the webkinz I have is a big kinz seal and he has a red code on it that was for the Webkinz Foundation program, so if you went to the code shop and clicked on the heart, you’d get a prize. If I were to use that code in the regular code shop, would anything happen…, like would I get a prize? Hope to see your reply soon! ^^ ~ iCarlyKitty
Hi, there iCarlyKitty! If you unlock the Feature Code that came with your pet, you will definitely receive a prize. Unfortunately, the Webkinz Cares button is no longer available, so you won’t be able to get additional prizes that way.
Hi, Fiona–Happy October! There have been a lot of new pets recently, and I’m wondering…will we be seeing more “how to draw” videos with Marizio? I always enjoy those, and I’d love to see him draw some of the newer pets. – ImaPepper

Fiona- I know that there are plush pets like the Signature Timber Wolf that are super rare and/or really hard to get your hands on. However, I’ve noticed that whenever Ganz does a thing where they give away/sell a super rare pet (as like a one day thing), it’s been an eStore pet. Would Ganz ever make it a plush pet instead and then do like a give away/sell it on eStore? Thanks- notwen1.
Thanks for writing, notwen1! There are occasionally contests for rare plush pets, but so far there haven’t been any “one day sales” for an exclusive plush. While nothing is impossible, you’re definitely more likely to see special promotions for virtual pets rather than plush — the closest you’ll find are eStore-only plush pets, like the Misty Koala.

are we EVER going to be able to delete/rearrange rooms on our map? I, along with many other webkinz players have been wanting this feature for YEARS.
Hi, Fiona! Do you think we will ever be able to buy our pets’ specific items in the Wshop the same way that we are able to buy their pet specific foods? It would be really people for anyone that has accidentally sold a few, like me, or for people that want to make certain types of rooms.

Fiona, I’ve been wondering why Ganz stopped doing the Webkinz Road Trip. Are there any plans to bring it back? I never made it to one and I know a lot of people feel the same way. I’d really like it if they did one! Could they maybe do a special Christmas one? That would be awesome! Thank you!
On my account, the scroll buttons on my dock are missing, or at least the one on the right is and I am unable to get to any of my items!
Fiona, why is that Ganz is featuring extra pets each month? Like the Bull Terrier this month. It’s taking away from the features of the POTM. POTM still gets you the gift box (if you adopt the pet during the month), but there are way less daily activities. Right now, the Bull Terrier has a daily bonus event, but I’ve only seen one (on Sunday) for the Black Panther. To me, it kind of devalues the POTM.
Totally agree with this. As someone that pays to be a part of the POTM club, this is really frustrating.
Wow, thanks for answering my question, Fiona! I’d love to see Maurizio draw a Halloween pet, or the Frosty Fawn, or something the Newz community comes up with. There are some really good ideas posted here.
