Thanks for writing, Ttgbird14. Unfortunately, there’s no way for you to move items from your free account anywhere else without upgrading the account to full or Deluxe. Free members cannot send packages in KinzPost or use the Trading Room, so you’ll have to either adopt a Webkinz pet or get a Deluxe membership for that account. There are occasionally some great sales on Deluxe memberships, even 1 month or 3 month ones, and you can find some older Webkinz pets at dollar stores if you’re on a tight budget. Good luck!

Hi, MLP! My Page will not be coming back, but it will be replaced by something else, hopefully soon. If you fancy stretching your story-writing skills, you may want to check out the forum — there are several role-plays going on, and you could start your own or just share a short story. If you’ve got a room filled with your favorite stuff, you can also submit it to the Share Center.
Hi Fiona! Plz answer this before the month is over. I (and others) have been experiencing trouble with the design a pet 2017. I don’t have the submit image button show, only when i log out there is, and when i log into my back-up, the button still isn’t there. I have a cool design. Plz help me. Sorry to hear about all the troubles you’re having, duckgirl1118! Anyone having trouble with the Share Center should try a few things: 1.) Clear your cache 2.) Try a different browser 3.) Create a new GanzWorld account. It looks like some GanzWorld accounts just don’t have the permissions needed to upload to certain Share Center categories, so the best bet is to start fresh. Hope that helps!

hey sally webkinz my b and w cat shirt randomly disappeared out of my dock. I asked someone to trade and they didnt respond then i traded with someone else. when i was in the middle of trading the person said they did not want to trade then the trading list came up so i closed it then my cat shirt was gone. oh also i had the cat shirt up when i was trading with the other person but i did not trade it. do you know how i can get it back? Im really sad about it.:( Thanks:)

When will the buttons in Webkinz been fixed? I have been unable to do the Wheel of Wow, Wheel of Deluxe, or find any starts in months. I move the mouse all over the screen and there is no way to push the button to spin or start.
Click on the “Things to do” button to minamize it and then you should be able to click on the spin button.
Hi Fiona! Me and other players have been wondering, when will the Invite Friends option ever come back to Webkinz?? That was one of the most fun parts of Webkinz and it’s been gone for a long time!! I would really like if you guys at Ganz could bring that back. Please?

Dear Fiona, after working very hard to take care of my pets over the last year, I have reached 1,000,000 family care points! Are there prizes after 1,000,000? When will we find out what they are? Without the prizes, there isn’t really an incentive to fill my pets’ hearts every day.

Hi Fiona! I was wondering …. It already takes a really LONG time to earn Mall Credits in SPREE. Why, then, does that nasty racoon feel the need to steal away our hard-earned Credits? And in such HUGE amounts, especially when what we earn awards LESS than what he steals?
I would also prefer only earning Mall Credits over any KinzCash in Spree. There are already lots of ways of earning KinzCash.

Great questions everyone, and great answers! I definitely can relate on missing My Page…it was really useful and fun. :( I’m glad they’ll be replacing it with something else soon, though, and maybe it’ll be even better! And I’m glad they have that little page thing still up when you click on My Page, because it’s the only place I can see the order I adopted my pets in.
