Hi Fiona, could we please have Dr. Quack as a NPC that we can add to our friends list? And – will there be a bunch of new full member (not deluxe) quests soon? I’m almost out of quests. We could use some easy, medium and difficult/long ones. A while back we had % off food items – is that coming back? I miss it – it helped me get ingredients for recipes. Lots of great questions, Sugarcookie9! You will be able to add Dr. Quack to your friends list very soon — stay tuned to Webkinz Newz for more details about that and Dr. Quack’s campaign promise… you’ll have some new recipes soon! There aren’t any immediate plans to add quests to Adventure Park, but it is possible that new things will be added once Adventure Park is added to the mobile app. I’ll put in a good word about those ingredient sales — with any luck, you’ll be seeing them again in the future.

Thanks for writing, Kakenta! The Clubhouse rooms have been switching up a bit, but I’m sure the Reading Room will be back in time for the Leprechaun Chase in March. (Did you know that if you wait long enough, he’ll appear in the Clubhouse room you’re waiting in? Be sure to keep your sound on so you can hear when he arrives!)

Hi, foxpaws! You can find your badges by clicking on the Options button at the top of the screen (little gear with the question mark) and going to My Profile. If you edit your profile, you can cycle through the available badges that you’ve earned, and pick the one you want to display. Once the new achievements section is launched, it will be much easier to see all of your badges at once.

Dear fiona i havent had any digs in the adventure park for the past year why is that?
OH NO ! All the snow is gone in my yards ! Now I have to find somewhere to store all my snowballs so they won’t melt !!!
Can someone help me? I entered my username and password on my 2nd account to win a floating prize on here once, and my computer/ this website remembered it, so now I cannot put it back to my old account to get my floaty things on the old account! Help!
Log out of GanzWorld and then click on Join. Click on the Webkinz World logo and log in with the WW account you want attached to your existing GanzWorld account. Then put in your GanzWorld account info.

Hi Fiona! My question is, why did Cash Cow get updated??! It used to be my favorite game in the Arcade, but now, all the graphics are so ugly and the colors make it hard to look at, let alone play. Will it go back to the way it was before?? I already miss my favorite game.

Dear Fiona, I was wondering if Dr quak is coming back and opening up his clinic. That was my favorite part about webkinz and I miss it so much. Snice pets don’t get sick anymore maybe he could open up a densit clinic to keep there teeth healthy ( also chould help kids over cone fears of the densit ). Plus Dr Quak is so smart i am sure he do a great job xoxoxo Miss Dr wuak
Dear Fiona, WHEN will our pets have smiles on their faces again?!! I know Ganz is hard at work fixing problems but this is a MAJOR issues with players!! I am sure others would agree, it is so depressing to see them sad ALL of the time. When we fulfill their requests their smile is gone quickly! Thank you, I look forward to your answer! ; )
I had wondered why they had looked so sad! I hope this could be fixed as all my pets would be a lot cuter with big happy faces!
