Your best bet to get featured is to send a link to your video to KinzTube@ganz.com — it will be reviewed and may get added to the list! Staffmembers also search YouTube for cool Webkinz videos, so be sure to put “Webkinz” in your title if you’re hoping to get noticed.

 

 

 

 

Hi, Fiona–I’m excited about all the fun stuff going on in WW this spring! While I’m looking forward to the events and the new Party room theme, I’m wondering if items will be retired from the Curio Shop to make room for the three themes that will be leaving the W-Shop. I’m still trying to collect some of those items; and I’m worried that I won’t have a chance to find them after the new room theme launches. I’ve been saving my KinzCash for so long trying to find some of them… – ImaPepper

 

 

 

Don’t worry, ImaPepper — nothing is being retired from the Curio Shop at this time. You’ll still have lots of opportunities to collect some of the older themes and items that were previously retired to the Curio Shop.

 

 

 

Hi Fiona, I was recently doing daily quests (the short ones) in the Adventure Park and was sent to 2 rooms to find 2 items. I found one item in one room and completely cleared the other room but no item, I went back to the first room and cleared it as well and no item. There is no other rooms to go to and I can’t finish my quest so I can’t start a new one. What do I do? – qeynos

 

 

 

Don’t worry, qeynos, you’re not stuck! Just send an email to webkinzsupport@ganz.com and explain your issue and they can reset your dig sites so you can search for the other piece.

    I have the same issue in the Adventure park! Can’t find that last item going through all rooms and nothing to dig anymore. Seems like a glitch to me.

    I can’t seem to find what the WHITE egg prizes are. Please let me know where I can find them. THANKS

      You have to buy them in the ganz estore. They do not give them out for free, except for one on a recent podkinz. :)

      If you still need to find the white chocolate egg prizes, here’s how I found it: Click the Newz Blog tab at the top of the page; then type “spring celebration sneak peek” in the search box. Click search. When you find the article for 2017 spring celebration sneak peek, open it–then click on the white chocolate eggs section. It should pull up all the prizes.

    Why is the Ganzworld reward money limited on a daily basis? Any why only 500/day? That same limit has been in place for a long time, and it seems that the daily limit is not keeping up with inflation. Literally, the only thing 500 buys you these days is a cup of coffee, in the Trendy Newz Blogger Mug.

      I know, right? It would be great if the limit could be increased (or no limit, lol). I bought the Princess Bouncy Castle and it wiped me out! Now I’m hoping to earn enough points to buy the Persian Cat Library items… Good luck with your points! ;-)

    Hi Fiona. It’s always nice seeing you here. All the Easter events going on are really nice this year. Do you think maybe next year they would make a Easter room in the club house ? Have a bunny in there to click on and get candy ? And… maybe next year if they could get Easter baskets at the estore filled with candy ? We could send them to our friends ? Thanks

    Hey Fiona, I was wondering why we can’t do the extra jobs in Today’s Activities on top of doing a job every eight hour anymore. It used to let you do the extra job and then your normal job, or vice versa, but the past few times I’ve tried to do it, it only lets you do one. Thank you!

    How do you shut off ALL the sounds from the arcade games? I hit the note but that just stops the music. I want all the beeps, and whistles to go away. I do not want to turn the sound off on my puter as I want to listen to other things. THX

    Well, they don’t reset your dig site. They just move you past that part. But they are very quick about it. It usually takes less than a day. I appreciate that about Ganz customer service.

      Hi kaye10! It started in the middle of last week for me as well. After 3 days of not being able to log in to Ganzworld, I had to switch to a different browser. I don’t like to play in WW on that browser, because I find it to be too slow. I’m concerned about the security of my log in info because there is now a message in the URL bar that says “not secure”. I think that this started the same time last week that my log in problems began. None of the “submit” buttons have been working on Ganzworld on Chrome, so not able to vote for bunnies either. Try switching like Sally suggested. Good luck!

      The exact thing happened to me last week. I sent a screen shot to customer service so they could see the missing login and moneyz total and weird duplicated congrats area in the lower corner. Whatever they did worked and now everything is worked just fine again – whew! I use Chrome all the time, switching browsers did not work for me, and the problem occurred on my phone, IPad, and desktop. I’d contact customer service ASAP. Good Luck

    I have the same problem in the Adventure Park! I thought I was the only one!! It’s been like a year that I’m stuck there! I’ll quickly send an email :)
