Thanks for your question, orbies5! To get the special prizes, you must complete all 10 grade levels of each subject. Then you will receive a special chooser box, which will let you pick the prize that you want. To get more prizes, more of your pets will have to finish that subject. Hope that helps!
I’ve always put ‘ad on’ on webkinznewzganzworld/webkinz website but since June starts, I start having trouble with the floating prices activities, like: couldn’t see the mayor in kinzville park + others (and I have even checked to make sure it’s on the whitelist). Please help. – dinkers10
Hi, dinkers10! Webkinz World sometimes uses different URLs for their servers, so it’s possible that if you have www.webkinz.com on your whitelist, it wouldn’t show things properly if you were connected to www3.webkinz.com — the best way to avoid this is to make sure you have *.webkinz.com on your white list — that will ensure that all Webkinz servers will be whitelisted.

No need to shout, kaye10, I can hear you :) There is no secret Goo-Goo Berry Festival. The Berry Fest starts on June 19. If you’re hearing of people that are winning prizes early, it’s because they had saved their Goo-Goo Berries and Polarberries from previous years. Don’t worry, there will be lots of ways to collect berries coming up!

Dear Fiona I was wondering if you know why when you get your 333 points and then you go to the arcade to get your 500 points. The games are not working for several weeks. Dear Fiona, I hope you can help me by answering my question. I have been checking the exclusive pets section at the Ganz E Store for several years in hopes of being able to purchase and adopt the Sleepy Woodland Dragon. I even have a room made and ready for him. Is the Sleepy Woodland Dragon’s status retired, or is it still active, but elusive? If it is retired I will be disappointed, but will abandon my daily search to see if it is for sale in the E Store. Thank-you for your help. ♪♫LadyBeauty♪♫

I have a question please. The game of the day is the tile game [my absolute FAVORITE] and there is no extra rewards for the game. for instance, if you get 26…then you get 26. no extra cash. Did I miss a change??

Almost every time my pets go to the Academy I get the message that the website has stopped working. This happens esp when they try to do extra credit. Can you fix that please?
That happened to me while I was using the Safari browser, but when it changed to Google Chrome it worked fine.

Dear Fiona, being a Canadian I have to ask why a Canadian company uses U.S. dollars for the estore? I hardly think it’s fair that a Canadian company doesn’t SUPPORT FELLOW CANADIANS (and yes, I’m yelling from frustration at having to pay an exchange rate to a Canadian company). And over 2 years ago we were told that the ability to move doors in our rooms was being worked on, why is it that we STILL have so many missing, broken, non-working items and no changes to our rooms and the enormously annoying dock and yet all these NEW things/pets/themes are being created and even THEY don’t work in WW? We’re getting fed up with the waiting. Thank You for not listening.

Do you realize you can move rooms? Just disassemble your old room, one item at a time & reassemble it where you want it. Long time ago, once you added walls & floors, they were there forever. Now you can remove walls & floors & add on new ones.
It’s not the same and takes so much memorization and time. :( It would be so helpful if you could move the rooms around since the one that comes with your new pet puts your room wherever. I’ve had to rearrange my house every time I get a new pet.
