I sure do miss the Monkey & Monkey show! For sure, TVs will work again — there are some very exciting plans in the works. As for laptops, what were you hoping to see? There aren’t any current plans to make them more than decorative, but we’d love to hear your ideas!

Thanks for your question, polkapandaprincess. Unfortunately, yes, everyone’s Wacky Bingoz card is doing that right now. We hope to eventually fix it so you get random numbers each time you get a new card, but there’s no timeline for that yet.

While you’re not likely to get a direct response to most of your suggestions, posting in the comments here, commenting in the Suggestions section of the Forum, commenting on social media, and sending your questions and comments to podkinz@ganz.com are all great ways to get your thoughts, ideas and questions to Ganz.

There are many things you can post! webkinz crafts, skits, playing webkinz, anything! Tell them again, and don’t get to nervous. If you still are, write them a note telling why you want one and what you would do. Good luck! :)

Taking pets on vacation videos. Like at Different resteraund . Use a cell phone with your parent there. Or exploring your city NO STATE just the city name. Parks , Statues CITY HALL. Eileen Collins the space shuttle captain is from our town. . If you live on a farm show us the farm but NO HOUSE NUMBERS or names on mailboxes. When you do a video ask parents to lend a hand . IF they help they will be less alarmed because you showed good judgement in a respectful way. . Teach your parent as you learn start with drawings ( story boards) showing each part of the story you are going to tape before hand ;). Parents are also sometimes low tech and don’t know how to do every thing on a phone to video . SO YOU HELP EACH OTHER ! Oh good luck and if not then SOMEDAY you can allow your kids ;) . Yes that day will come so DO NOT FORGET HOE TO LOG ON WEBKINZ !!

Hi Fiona. The trade in is a place to trade, right ? Have the time we can’t get in a room that has other pets to trade with, because other player’s are in there using it as a meeting room to talk to there friends. There is 59 kinz chat parks to talk in. When i’m done trade in, i leave. Half the time we can’t get into a room with other player’s to trade with. Can something be done about that ?
It would be cool to click on laptops and be taken to the games arcade!
I was wondering about the TVs, I have a challenge for them.
The TV’s still work in the ready room for the running competition in the Webkinz Stadium last time I was there. That’s where I’ve been watching TV since they stopped working in the pet rooms

VACATION Island spa vacation . THe SPA used to update ALL THE PETS health , energy everything . Why does it not do this anymore. I went to the spa earlier I saw little or no difference . I have over 100 pets and a spa PICK ME UP is just the right thing for after a real life vacation FOR ME TO GET PETS BACK faster TO NORMAL for my pet care ;) .
PET CARE right now can be 4 or more hours . wITH SO MUCH TO DO ON webkinz Heart Care EVERY DAY there is not enough time in the day for !
I do agree with you…I have barely enough time to do the dailies I need. Some times with events I have only enough time to log in and do the event…Like this marshmallow event. …boorepko

Thank you for your answer to these questions, Fiona. Please answer why the estore now makes us send a specified quantity of points to our account instead whatever amount we choose? Limiting how much we can send is a deterrent for me. If I can’t send the amount of estore points to the account of my choice, I’m not going to keep buying them. Too many go to waste. If there are going to be incremental amounts, it should start lower than 2000, like options to send 250, 500, and 1000. Please consider revising this.
I was also wondering the same thing. Glad to see that someone feels the same way I do and hopefully they will change this.
Thank you for the answer Fiona, but I was told by Webkinz CS some time after that the most appropriate way to make a suggestion was to email them at webkinzsupport@ganz.com. They accept suggestions and always reply. I asked them because I doubted you would actually respond to my comment.
Sending to customer service is always an option. Members of the creative team do review comments and social media, and receive the podkinz emails directly, though they don’t always respond.
