I do have a question as to how they random choose pics of rooms in the room designs are is it done in the room designs I have sent in so many and none drawn to show just curious. I just stopped sending.. cmsrockz
Thanks for your question, cmsrockz! I checked in with Michael Webkinz, and the room designs that he features aren’t random at all — he picks them! But he wanted to let everyone know that he doesn’t go through the ShareCenter — you’ll have to send all of your room designs to letsbuild@ganz.com if you want a chance to be featured.
I would like to know why the Pet of the month is always a new pet. I have 14 accounts that i take care of with over 700 pets, been a member since 2009 and in the beginning some of the pets i have were the pet of the month, but for the past year they are always the new pets. Hi, hockeyamma! The Pet of the Month is generally going to be a pet that we still have available for sale — otherwise, there’s not much hope for new players to get one to play with, too! We just don’t have many of the very old pets left in stock, so they’re not likely to show up as the Pet of the Month any time soon.

That would be fun, wouldn’t it! I will be sure to pass that suggestion along — but unfortunately right now there’s no way to start your collection over.

Hi Fiona, I was wondering if there was a way of deleting and/or moving/rotating your Webkinz rooms around? I know my house right now looks like a mansion.
I also like all the playtime to be done all at once. It really made me unhappy when I missed an extra SPREE roll after I had to leave for church on Sunday morning. Thanks again !
1. The greatest recent change is to tell us how many floating items left to collect! 2. After getting used to it for a couple days I love the alphabetical groupngs in the dock! 3. The pom-pom challenge co-incided with Hurricane Irma in Florida and I didn’t help out~ too worried about our property~ I feel bad, but wondered if there is any chance you would give us another chance, or to buy them with Kinzcash or Ganz Store? If so thank you in advance!
4. I forgot the greatest change was our ability to play activities not limited to specific times. It’s very helpful to NOT MISS some activities when we aren’t home, etc. Thank You GANZ
*sighs* To be honest I just wanna know why you can’t watch T.V anymore on webkinz? Whats the point of having a T.V at all if you can’t watch it?

Are they planning to fix the “magical trees” that would flash when you entered the room? Also, I would love to have a pause for the games. Sometimes I am doing well in advancing toward a trophy but must leave the game, and then I have to start over.
I’d like to know whythe Barn Bed that camewith my Signature cow doen’t work for family points when I puther back to bed, It worked when I first got her but now it doesn’t.

hi! here’s a question i have had for some time–what is the PURPOSE of the zingoz dunk tank event frequently in the daily pull-down, as all it ever does is award the same insignificant amount of kinzcash & there’s no incentive for a prize or trophy….rather lame event for my one vote! ty, -k.
Hi Neette, No you’re not the only one. Mine has been that way for the past 2 days. I don’t know, but I’m thinking it is temporary while Ganz is working on something??
