You have a Football and a Football lamp are you going to offer more football themed items like beds tables TV etc.? It would be nice for all of us who are avid football fans. – FuzzyPickles
I have good news, and bad news, for you, FuzzyPickles. There was, in fact, an entire theme dedicated to Football. Unfortunately, it was retired back in 2013. You might be able to find pieces of it in the trading rooms in the Clubhouse. I asked Sally Webkinz to share her Football room so you could see all the pieces.
Dear Fiona, why are the contests only for USA and Canada residents? I get it that you can’t ship actual plushes, but why can’t win a contest?!!! I am unable to buy a real toy, I get that, but why can’t I try to win at least a virtual one?!!! – xdri
Dear xdri — these contests are open to the USA (excluding Florida and New York) and Canada (excluding Quebec) because each country (and state… and province) has different laws when it comes to contests. Areas aren’t being excluded to be mean — we’re just restricted by international, state, and provincial laws.
Hi Fiona! I was wondering if you could have a new design contest soon- but for a food recipe! You create a custom recipe and say the ingredients, and also include an sketch for the result. (You’d have to check to make sure they made Gunk or Gak or Bleh before you posted your recipe!) Then you could enter in the devision for either blender, oven, or sandwich maker. A winner could be chosen for each recipe and if you won you would get a special custom SNACK MACHINE that gives out unlimited verisons of your design! Can you do this please? -penguinlove1

Dear Fiona, I really like the recent set-up of the Daily Activities. It was convenient being able to participate in all of the activities at the same time. I was not missing any of the activities. Today it was switched back where you are only able to complete one event each hour. Would it be possible to switch it back to do each event at the same time. This way is so convenient, I am not missing the majority of the events through the day due to the time of the event. I do not go on the computer after supper so I am missing some great events. I would appreciate if you could talk to the technicians and change this.
I agree, bonesbongo. It was so nice to be able to do all the Daily Activites at one time. I missed a lot today because of church & lunch out.
Dear Fiona, why aren’t there bonus prizes for finishing collections in the Woodland Wonders part of the Magic Forest? All of the other areas (Zumwhere, Fairy Falls, and Magic Mire) have prizes for finishing sections of the collections and for collecting all of the charms or zums, but Woodland Wonders doesn’t have any prizes at all for collecting all of the common/uncommon/rare figurine collections. Is there any plan to add some kind of prize?

Fiona-I see a lot of questions about doors and rooms. Does this mean there is about to be something done so we can sell rooms and move doors? I really hope so. Maybe we can pay Nuts and Bolts kinzcash or estore points to remove a room we don’t want. Please let us know if there is a plan!!
Fiona, I have a question for you and the team. After many, many trips to the Vacation Island I finally got all 4 pieces of the map! I was so excited, a cool box to open and the anticipation of what’s inside!! I was so excited! I opened it and I got three items; a nifty Mermaid statue, a box to keep my treasures in (ARRR) one item which doesn’t seem to do anything but glitter at my from my dock. It doesn’t hang anywhere, it is not a spendable coin, it is not an open-able gift and you can’t send it to your friend. So tell us, please, What is the Ghost’s Gold Doubloon for and what does it do?
You can put it in a coin collection… Or it actually sells for a lot!

Hello Fiona! Hows your day? So I recently got some series 2 trading cards. It gave me the virtual cards but when i opened them, they went into my inventory! How do I get them out of my inventory? -Cat2f
Cat2f, go to the W-Shop in the books section and buy the Trading Card album, take it to your room and leaf through it until you find the trading cards that your friend gave you :) Collect them all for 4 AWESOME treasures and if you get all 4 you get a Card Collector trophy to display in your room!
Good morning Fiona! Happy Day! Is there ANY possibility you can connect with the amazing graphic artists in the Kinzville SHARE Center and change the 1-10 picture voting to a simple thumbs up? I have seen my friends’ designs receive a 1, when NO photo ever warrants this … A simple thumbs up is telling the designer that you like their room. Offering a thumbs down is not necessary, a viewer simply moves on. I would appreciate any light you can shine on this topic. Thank you so much!

I agree with this so much! No pressure to rate it 5 thumbs up, just say you like it or move on. No one gets hurt feelings this way.
Dear Fiona, for a while now, I have been reviewing contest after contest and realised that some members of Webkinz World do not have deluxe membership accounts (myself included). After watching so many videos and seeing so many fan submissions, it is seems less likely that a person without a Deluxe membership account has a chance of winning, if at all. Do you think that it would be fair if Deluxe Members and regular Webkinz account members had the same contest, however competing in two different lanes? Something like announcing a winner from the best of the deluxe members, and announcing a winner from the best of the regular Webkinz account member. That way, everyone has a chance of winning something.
