I have a question. Does Ganz pick the ads that come up on WKN? There are actually ones that are not appropriate if kids play. Some were kind of inappropriate news, a comic that said a girl had a best friend and she realized she loved him and he got another girlfriend…. Etc. If you control these, please put all age appropriate ones! – bubbashuka
Thanks for letting us know, bubbashuka. The ads are not hand-picked, but they are supposed to be age-appropriate. If you ever see an ad that doesn’t look like it belongs, please take a screenshot (Print Screen key on your keyboard, and then paste into Paint) and send it along with your country of residence to ganzworldsupport@ganz.com.
Hi Fiona, How are you? I really like to try solving recipes so I would LOVE it if we could have a tab on our docks that filters out the food and clothing that can’t be used in recipes. I have a LOT in my dock since I’ve been playing for more than 10 years so the constant scrolling for the items I need is killing me! I’m wonderful, lovlyhorses4, thanks for asking! If you’ve tried your hand at recipes recently, you’ll find that non-ingredient food is grayed out when you open a stove, blender or sandwich maker! Hopefully that makes it a little bit easier. I’ll pass on the suggestion when it comes to the Clothing Machine.

You can absolutely give someone a Deluxe Membership as a gift! Head over to Ganz eStore, click on Webkinz, then on Deluxe Membership. Click on the “upgrade” button (log in, if necessary) and then make sure you select the option that says “I want a code for a Deluxe Membership that can be applied to any account” — then you can give that Deluxe Membership code to whoever you want!

Are there going to be christmas clothes in the KSI this year? I love dressing up my pets and am kind of sad that none of the sweaters, pjs or santa hats were brought back.

Oh, I also have another suggestion/Question. How about making not all of the games in the arcade for deluxe members I know you’re doing that now but I miss the days to where the arcade games were free for everyone play.
I have another question. I really would like to listen to music (Christmas!) while I’m playing webkinz, but I can’t mute the sounds that are going on JUST in webkinz world. I right-click the tab up top and click mute tab, but it doesn’t work and there are still all of the sounds when my pet has a request, when it eats, when I click something… Etc. Please help!

Hey Fiona I was wondering well, I know that you stopped making musicstarz songs but could you make a contest maybe in the coming year for fans to make musicstarz songs cause me and I think other fans want the songs too come back they are so funny and memorable and I really like them. So fans could send in the song lyrics and melody and the webkinz crew could make an animation to match it would be so epic to have new songs cause I am a music and webkinz fanatic. Thanks for reading people please reply if you want more songs too.

when I play games….checkers in particular…I keep getting a popup which says “user name exists” and I have to stop playing and go to another game. This happens on a regular basis and ruins the fun of playing …//////?????
Hi Fiona, I don’t know if you’ll respond to this little issue or not but I just wanted to bring it to your attention that I personally feel that the e-store must go. I don’t mean to be a downer or anything, it’s just shopping in the W Shop isn’t much fun anymore. It’s like there’s more stuff for e-store points than there are for just Kinzcash and I, myself don’t think that’s fair. I often wonder and even miss the old Webkinz World– you know, to where there was not so much of this e-store stuff going around. If I was you Fiona I would indeed ask myself… why e-store? It seems it’s taking over; Is this what we want to accomplish in Webkinz World? Is this Webkinz X really better than the original?
I kind of get bummed out seeing all the estore stuff, too, because it seems to me that all Ganz cares about anymore is money. :( I don’t think the estore should be removed altogether, though. It would be nice if the estore and the wshop could be separate, like they used to be, that way people who have no money for estore points don’t have to scroll through a bunch of stuff they can’t afford.
Unfortunately, Webkinz wants $ and needs it to keep Webkinz up in running. Making players scroll through e-store items is a good way to try to convince (tempt) them to buy, just like how they often release e-store items to match other themes.
I agree. I feel as if Webkinz has made the e-store a prominent part of their website now. I miss the old Webkinz, where there wasn’t as many e-store only privileges for Webkinz players.
If the estore wasn’t here, nobody would be playing because webkinz wouldn’t have enough money to run the game.
Though I do think they’re going a bit crazy with all of the estore- I think they should be cutting back. You know what would be supercool??? If they had pets for KINZCASH!!!! It could be like 50,000-100,000 kinzcash- I’m sure tons of people would be playing a bunch of games and stuff to save for them. How about it, Ganz?
I totally agree! and original Webkinz was better than Webkinz x in my opinion. The site has been so glitchy since Webkinz x came out.

FIONA, The new baths are nice, except the bubbles. I like the softer bubbles best. These bubbles look like they would explode, not softly pop!
I miss being able to make a huge glob of bubbles that covered the entire pet. The most I can get is a line of them across the pet somewhere towards the bottom of their picture.
I will never understand why ganz keeps messing with features that are working just fine. Why “update” the baths at all? They were great before! When are you guys going to really “fix” all the items that STILL DON’T WORK two and a half years later? I recently adopted the fabulous signature Fox that I’d been saving for years & I was SOOOOO disappointed that her PSI’s animation doesn’t work. Seriously??? Why was it so much more important to reprogram a feature that was working just fine? Explain it to me, Fiona, please!
Great question, bubbashuka! I have been “battling” those ads for some time, too. I try to use the Ad Choice thing and stop the ads I find inappropriate–mostly adult themed/romantic games–although I get a message “we’ll try not to show that ad again”, sure enough the next ad is that same one. Sigh…….Now I know how to let Ganz know. Thanks for asking about it, bubbashuka; and thanks, Fiona, for the answer! :-)
Agh, that happens to me! I can click “Ad was inappropriate, Ad covered content, Seen this ad multiple times, and not interested in this ad” and they always come back. >_<
