I have a question. Does Ganz pick the ads that come up on WKN? There are actually ones that are not appropriate if kids play. Some were kind of inappropriate news, a comic that said a girl had a best friend and she realized she loved him and he got another girlfriend…. Etc. If you control these, please put all age appropriate ones! – bubbashuka
Thanks for letting us know, bubbashuka. The ads are not hand-picked, but they are supposed to be age-appropriate. If you ever see an ad that doesn’t look like it belongs, please take a screenshot (Print Screen key on your keyboard, and then paste into Paint) and send it along with your country of residence to ganzworldsupport@ganz.com.
Hi Fiona, How are you? I really like to try solving recipes so I would LOVE it if we could have a tab on our docks that filters out the food and clothing that can’t be used in recipes. I have a LOT in my dock since I’ve been playing for more than 10 years so the constant scrolling for the items I need is killing me! I’m wonderful, lovlyhorses4, thanks for asking! If you’ve tried your hand at recipes recently, you’ll find that non-ingredient food is grayed out when you open a stove, blender or sandwich maker! Hopefully that makes it a little bit easier. I’ll pass on the suggestion when it comes to the Clothing Machine.

You can absolutely give someone a Deluxe Membership as a gift! Head over to Ganz eStore, click on Webkinz, then on Deluxe Membership. Click on the “upgrade” button (log in, if necessary) and then make sure you select the option that says “I want a code for a Deluxe Membership that can be applied to any account” — then you can give that Deluxe Membership code to whoever you want!

Has the Candy Cane Game stopped? I just got my couch yesterday and today all the blue covering is gone, I can’t ask friends for more Candy Canes, and the big tree isn’t in my dock. What Happened?

Turns out my laptop won’t play some games & it will no longer play the Candy Cane game. I had to use my old, slow desk top to finish my Candy Canes and play some games.
Are you guys ever going to permanently fix the parties? They sort of worked for a couple of weeks and now they seem messed up again. I just bought a bunch of christmas and winter parties, but now I’m starting to wonder if I will get any enjoyment of them. Some of my friends are not even receiving invites now and I don’t see the party signs again :(
Has webkinz considered making a movie?
I have a question about a rare item in the Curio Shop. I’ve been saving my KinzCash for a LONG time for the Colossal Movie Screen. I have enough to buy it now, but I have yet to find it (I’ve been looking for over two years). Is there any chance for a hint as to when this item “might” (will?) turn up? Or is its occurrence purely random? It’s the last item I need for my theater room, and it’s really hard to hang onto all that KinzCash–especially with all the new themes, and now the holidays. Help?
Just want to shout out to the Webkinz team: Thank you! I’m not seeing those annoying ads anymore, so thank you for whatever you did to make them stop. It’s SO much nicer now. :-D
My sister has recently died and she was the only one who knew my brothers account password. I wanted to reactivate it for him before Christmas since he has a pet named after her. I tried the forgot password thing but I don’t know the email she used and I cant log into hers anyway. I know the username and one of the codes. Is there someone who can help me or is this a lost cause?

Fiona, the strength class at the kinzville academy is really hard, because the “lift” button freezes sometimes and you can’t push it. I would beat the clock, but I can’t now because the buttons stick or when the ads change on any of the games at the KVA it freezes and makes me mess up. Can someone fix this??

Hi, Gramkins–most of the building kits take three sets of building materials to finish the item. You probably just need to collect the materials one more time to complete it.
