I have a question about a rare item in the Curio Shop. I’ve been saving my KinzCash for a LONG time for the Colossal Movie Screen. I have enough to buy it now, but I have yet to find it (I’ve been looking for over two years). Is there any chance for a hint as to when this item “might” (will?) turn up? Or is its occurrence purely random? It’s the last item I need for my theater room, and it’s really hard to hang onto all that KinzCash–especially with all the new themes, and now the holidays. Help? – ImaPepper
Good question, ImaPepper! I’m afraid Arte is beholden to no one when it comes to what he’s got available in the Curio Shop. There isn’t a set schedule — it is indeed random. With any luck, you’ll have your chance soon. I’ve got my feathers crossed for you!
My sister has recently died and she was the only one who knew my brothers account password. I wanted to reactivate it for him before Christmas since he has a pet named after her. I tried the forgot password thing but I don’t know the email she used and I cant log into hers anyway. I know the username and one of the codes. Yes, yes, yes!! I was going to ask if we would be getting new peek a newz furniture in the new year. It would be cool if it could be a yearly thing or something, although I don’t know how difficult that would be for the designers. And I don’t really play in the Adventure Park, but prize updates are always welcome! Great questions! – Beckinz8
Thanks for your question, Beckinz8 — I have it on good authority that there will indeed be some new furniture items in the Peek-A-Newz prizes next year — but you’re going to have to wait until February! January’s going to work a little bit differently — stay tuned for details.

Hi Fiona – I’ve been collecting Family Score points since the very beginning and am way over 1,000,000. When will new prizes be added? I’m pretty sure we were promised more to come.
I’m not Fiona, however more prizes will be coming in the future according to Sally, but only when more people reach 1,000,000.
If you tip Arte well every day and ask when rare items will be available, then he will tell you what time to check back for rare items. Good luck ImaPepper!

ImaPepper – Maybe you have this already, but if you buy enough stuff from Arte he eventually tells you what time each day a rare item will be offered. It still doesn’t tell you which item, but at least then you know when to look. I have seen the Colossal Movie Screen twice in the past year because I check frequently at the times he says, but I’ve never had the kinzcash to buy it :(. Otherwise you could ask around in the trading room. I’ve seen it there a couple times too. People would probably want a lot for it, but it’s worth a shot!
Sorry, I just wanna correct you a bit here, moonkey1115, to be accurate! It’s actually more than just buying stuff from him. If you buy stuff that has the little Arte’s Favorite thing on it and tip him often (at least 10 KC though) he’ll eventually tell you what hour a rare item will be available when you click “Ask About Rare Items.” That might help ya out, ImaPepper!
