With Christmas just around the corner, I wanted to search Kinzville for the perfect Christmas gift. Several ideas immediately came to mind: a rare item from the Curio Shop, one of Daisy Doe’s delicious creations from her diner… maybe a cool prize from the Wheel of WOW or a piece of retired seasonal clothing I have stored away in my house? Then it hit me… what is rare yet affordable that any friend would want to receive?: A Souvenir from Vacation Island!
Visit Sheldon’s Souvenir Shack on Vacation Island to buy souvenirs. Here’s what makes them valuable: You need to be a Deluxe Member to visit Vacation Island so that limits the amount of players who have access to the Souvenir Shack. Plus, only 8 souvenirs are available per day and you never know when the ones you are looking for will show up. Finally, you can only buy 3 souvenirs a day, making it quite time consuming (and rare) to collect them all!
Currently, there are 34 souvenirs to collect and you never know which items Sheldon will retire… or when. Here’s a closer look at each one:

GO DELUXE to access Vacation Island daily where you can spin the Vacation Wheel, hang out at Coral Cove, send you pets to the spa, play games that are only available on the island and buy souvenirs… of course!
Not a Deluxe member? Vacation souvenirs are tradeable and can be sent through KinzPost so, you can try your luck in the trading room or, maybe a Deluxe Member will send you one this Christmas.

When ever we open up our Kinz Post, we can clearly see who our Deluxe and Non-Deluxe friends are. When there have been new items introduced or just as a random gift, I’ve sent Deluxe items to my Non-Luxi friends. I always get a thank you card from them. It’s not as good as knowing what they’d like, but at least they have a Deluxe item they can take to the Trading Tables.
You know what would be even nicer? Since a lot of our friends can’t afford to be Deluxe, why not make it so we can send invitations for a one day trip, all inclusive, to vacation island.
I would be happy to help out any of my non deluxe friends with 3 items from the Vacation Island game!!!
That’s a great idea; ever since the “My Page” disappeared, there’s not really any way to know what friends are looking for. It would be awesome if there could be some kind of wish list; it would be so much easier to choose items to send.
