With Christmas just around the corner, I wanted to search Kinzville for the perfect Christmas gift. Several ideas immediately came to mind: a rare item from the Curio Shop, one of Daisy Doe’s delicious creations from her diner… maybe a cool prize from the Wheel of WOW or a piece of retired seasonal clothing I have stored away in my house? Then it hit me… what is rare yet affordable that any friend would want to receive?: A Souvenir from Vacation Island!
Visit Sheldon’s Souvenir Shack on Vacation Island to buy souvenirs. Here’s what makes them valuable: You need to be a Deluxe Member to visit Vacation Island so that limits the amount of players who have access to the Souvenir Shack. Plus, only 8 souvenirs are available per day and you never know when the ones you are looking for will show up. Finally, you can only buy 3 souvenirs a day, making it quite time consuming (and rare) to collect them all!
Currently, there are 34 souvenirs to collect and you never know which items Sheldon will retire… or when. Here’s a closer look at each one:

GO DELUXE to access Vacation Island daily where you can spin the Vacation Wheel, hang out at Coral Cove, send you pets to the spa, play games that are only available on the island and buy souvenirs… of course!
Not a Deluxe member? Vacation souvenirs are tradeable and can be sent through KinzPost so, you can try your luck in the trading room or, maybe a Deluxe Member will send you one this Christmas.

This isn’t related but I haven’t found anything in the curio shop gem hunt for 3 weeks straight. Not even gems that I already have. This is a bummer bc I am only one gem away from getting the webkinz crown of wonder.

Hello! Off topic, but I just feel that I need to talk to y’all about my struggles…So I recently just collected my farm fresh food and my garden is half the size of the yard. Anyway, my horse was hungry so I collected all my fruits and veggies and fed my horse. She had no bars at all. Ok now, back track your memory. Do you remember update #276? Saying that we should feed our pets something more filling like a burger and not almonds or an apple? Well, I was thinking that no way, my animals will be fine. I disliked it but still thought that my animals will be ok. Now, back to right now. I fed the horse three carrots and it didn’t even fill the bar to half way. I remember one carrot filling half the bar! I am sooo mad! Anyway, I just wanted to tell y’all how I feel…Webkinz, if this is fixable, can you please fix it?!?

Cool Idea, especially for people who can not get them
There are a lot of things that used to be for everyone and now are deluxe-only. Players don’t magically get richer when privileges are taken away. They just get more unhappy that they can’t afford a membership. (And I’m saying this as someone who had to save for a long time before I could try a deluxe membership for the first time.) Is it worth the money? Only if you HAVE the money, regardless of the perks.
If you ever want a Deluxe membership your best shot is by entering contests that give it out as a prize.
I can only afford Deluxe by catching the Black Friday sale, and sometime New Year Day sale. Half price helps some.
I always ask for Deluxe as a Christmas gift, and this past year I got the Virtual Pet of the Month membership for my birthday, so that’s another idea.
Vacation Island shouldn’t just be for deluxe i remember back when in 2009 it was for everyone and not just deluxe members
And it was awesome too because you had to buy a “plane ticket” to go there! I really miss it..

I would love to have that patch of sand with beach toys! :) I have never even seen that before but it would be very cute in my beach room. ;) I will always send something in return to compensate for cost.
