Hi, Fiona–I have a question about the GanzWorld Rewards. Since the program is being retired, does that mean this is our last opportunity to acquire these prizes? Or could we see them again as part of a future contest or event? I know some players are trying to save up the 15,000 Moneyz for the Princess Bounce House (which takes a month to save up for). – ImaPepper
Thanks for your question, ImaPepper! I’m sure many of the prizes will be showing up in other places at some point. I wouldn’t expect the Princess Bouncy Castle to show up too often or be easy to win, though!
Hi Fiona, Is there any chance that the Lily Pad Theme will ever be available in the Curio Shop or maybe at least given as prizes for something? I have been so sad for all these years that it never went to the Curio Shop, like the other themes that retired. I never had a chance to try and get more of the items and it was such a pretty and fun theme. – jsforfr
The Lily Pad theme was all the way retired, so it’s not likely that it’ll be back… but you never know! Stranger things have happened, jsforfr, so with any luck, you just might see some of it again.

Hey Fiona, just a suggestion but maybe you should make plush pets of one she that are only virtual and aren’t a plush pet yet.
ImaPepper, I agree with you. I already got it because a nice player sent one to me. I want it only because it has the AW symbol on it and because AW is the BEST. Plus I had a castle in AW.
How does one get through at the E-store to renew deluxe membership. I have been trying for 3 days.
You can renew it by going to the eStore website. Either sign in to your eStore account or just click on any item so you go onto the store’s pages. On the upper left side list you’ll see “Deluxe Membership” Click that and you’ll see all the options to buy a Deluxe membership.
I tried that and it will not renew my membership. I have been calling the e-store for the last 5 days. I leave messages for callback but no one has called me back. I don’t know what to do.
I have an automatic renewal.
I just got a phone call back from the E-store. I have to wait till tonight to see if renewal went through. Thank you.

I would love to see that theme! My friend has a dresser and bed on his account that is from that theme, I think. They go perfectly with his bullfrog’s PSI, the “Lord of the Pond Throne”. I hope that the design team/tech team is able to honor your request. I would love to get some pieces for myself!

That’s what I’m wondering too. I’m sitting on a bunch of points and have everything currently available. I don’t want to buy duplicates if other items will be added before the GanzWorld Rewards go away, but if that’s not going to happen then I’d rather buy duplicates to trade than let my Moneyz go to waste. Could you please let us know, Fiona?

jsforfr, I agree – I’d love to see the Lily Pad Theme make a come-back! I only have the floor, one dresser, and the dragonfly chair! At the time, I was not aware that I needed to collect items! Now, I’m the biggest collector, or maybe I should say hoarder – if I like an item, I just buy it with abandon! :)
I do the same thing now, after missing out on items that retired with little to no warning. I try and always keep at least a couple of items I really love in a storage room, just in case. Sadly I was newer to the game back when lily pad theme retired, I didn’t have much kinzcash saved up to be able to afford buying extras.
That was my favorite theme and when I joined Webkinz it was the very first thing I bought (the bed). I agree – it goes with a lot now! It’d be nice to have it back if even at Arte’s now and then
