Unfortunately, there’s no way for you change your username, greeting name or pet name. Sorry! Customer service will sometimes change them if they are inappropriate or contain personally identifiable information, but that’s about it.
Hello Fiona, I just recently adopted a pet that awarded me a Super Bed Box. I wanted to get the Lunar Moon Bed but it wasn’t one of the choices. I don’t recall seeing any notification of retirement. So, is this Super Bed, in fact, retired or is it just an oversight that it’s not part of the choices? Thank you!! Your friend, Powerann.

I sure do wish we could change pet names. Several of my favorite pets are straddled with silly names from the mind of six & seven year old me. My Cheeky Monkey is Dinkie. My Persian Cat is Pluffy. Others can boast of such names as Cream, Foo Foo, Heart, Froggie, Bunny, still others have misspellings like Earnie (should be Ernie) and Burnt (should be Bert) and Willa Wonka and Varuka. Lol it’s embarrassing. Please let us change pet names soon!

Same here! I’s very frustrating, some of my old pet names…some are all in caps, some are just ridiculous…my Chi Chi Chihuahua’s name is “RACHEAL” (should be Rachael), my Love Frog’s name is….”Love Frog”! I loved the “Cats & Dogs” spy movies when I was younger, so I have a cat called Theevilbubblegum, and theevilpompom. …We definitely need name changes. They let you change your pet’s names in AW! I understand those were more of avatars, and not pets, and in real life you don’t exactly just up and change your fluffy friend’s name…but come on, this is a game! I think we all have some odd Webkinz names at this point :)
So true, I’ve seen a lot of people wishing they could change some. I forgot the worst one on mine, a shark named SHARKY. Haha although I might would keep it named that since his room is “SHARKY Nado Bay” and I have all my tornado stuff in there :)
Dear Fiona whycan’t you please have the log ride fixed I have had mine for about two years and it’s never worked. My Daughter has had hers for 6 years and hers doesn’t work either. Also we are both adult players yet when we try to buy gold coin we get blocked ans it wont go trough her user name is grinning reaper.
Gold coins? Are you talking about Wish Tokens, or the KC coins? ..Oh, wait! YOu must mean eStore points. If that’s the case, you can buy them from the Ganz eStore website, sometimes the in-game transactions can be a little buggy. I hope this helps! :)

Hi Fiona! Sometimes I have problems getting the kinzville academy to give me credit for the classes I’ve taken. Just today, I scored a 29 in my creativity class and instead of getting two credits because of the super school day, it said that I failed and gave me no credit! This has happened a few times and it’s pretty frustrating, because it also won’t let me take the class again that day. Is there a way to fix or avoid this?
This happens to me a lot. It’s a glitch with the extra fourth class only Deluxe members can have each day. I think it’s about clicking in the wrong place. Sometimes I do agility or strength as my fourth class, since those do not involve much clicking.
I meant “speed class” not “strength.”
Hmm, do you think this would be the case for a regular member though? I’ve never had deluxe so I wouldn’t think that would be the problem
