Unfortunately, there’s no way for you change your username, greeting name or pet name. Sorry! Customer service will sometimes change them if they are inappropriate or contain personally identifiable information, but that’s about it.
Hello Fiona, I just recently adopted a pet that awarded me a Super Bed Box. I wanted to get the Lunar Moon Bed but it wasn’t one of the choices. I don’t recall seeing any notification of retirement. So, is this Super Bed, in fact, retired or is it just an oversight that it’s not part of the choices? Thank you!! Your friend, Powerann.

Hi Fiona, I was wondering if the Candy Kinz pets were still available in the e Store. I finally got enough points to purchase one but now I can’t find them
Try searching for them as Candykinz, one word. But currently the cow and moose are showing individually and everyone else is only available as a pet pack — 80,000 points, deal good til March 7th, deluxe members only. Hope that’s not all just bad news for you, good luck!

Hi Fiona! I was wondering if they were ever going to bring back the polls and questions on the webkinz news? Also-bonus question- will there ever be anything like a skip a class coupon for the KVA? I CANNOT get past the strength classes and im on level 8. Every time i finally get close the button gets stuck and wont let me press it and i run out of time. Or at least upping the time would help greatly but i will never be able to get my degree if the time is so short or the button gets stuck :(
Can we use kinzcash to skip classes?? I am too having troubles getting past levels… tnt3636
I feel your pain, abbytay123! Strength sure seems impossible once you get to level 8. A few more seconds would sure help. I have a lot of pets who may never get their degree unless somethings changes.

The cat could be whiskers or mittens and the polar bear could be snowy, icy, artic, or maybe even icicle
I already have a snowy retriever named frost so I would like to stay away from the winter puns. But thanks for the suggestions I really like the cat names

For the polar bear, how about Iceberg, Snowball, Flurry, Freeze, Blizzard, Frost (or even Jack Frost), Avalanche, Slushy, Inukshuk (after the polar bear from Polar Plunge in the arcade), Arctic, Whiteout, or Snowstorm? For the cat, maybe Kit, Paws, Catnip, Purrcival (or Purrcy), Socks, or Oreo?

My all time favorite names for Siamese cats are Siamon and Thailer. I have them on two accounts. And once I was so desperately in a hurry to adopt a polar bear, I had to name him Ralop.
How about Duchess or Shun Gon From the aristocat movie? Or Si or Am from Lady & The Tramp
I would name the polar bear Tundra and the Siamese Cat Tuk-tuk

I second this! Recently I invited a friend to my house using a party pack, and the room was completely different. All of my plants and flowers were glitching, the trees weren’t there, and my panda fairy’s little house was sent back to my inventory. Then, my friend was booted from the party and couldn’t come back! Very frustrating.
I third this! The last party invitation(That I held. A friend invited me to her house party and it worked, too) I had to my house was embarrassing. 2 people came, and it took us to a different room… It took us to my BATHROOM!! O_o On Amazing World you could invite friends…

Hi Fiona! I don’t really like how you cant send or trade any items that are from the Estore. I paid for it so why can’t I deiced what to do with it. Whats the reasoning for this?
I’ve always assumed this was a precaution taken so children wouldn’t accidentally sell/trade items they/their parents bought with real money, since that would be kind of a loss. Although, I do wish we could trade the ones from the super surprise boxes..
I believe the reason why they do that is to keep people from accidentally getting rid of items that they bought and paid for. I can see how this would be good for items that you bought, but not Estore items that were handed out for free.
And you can certainly regret it later. When I was younger I sold the majority of my PSIs, I really wish I hadn’t done that…

Hello Fiona, some of us have so many items in our dock and some of us have a hard time finding certain items at the W Shop. Will there ever be a search option for the W Shop and for our docks?
Also, are there any plans to add more tabs to our dock. For example, in furniture to have a tab for “Storage” or “Kitchen” items.

Yes!! Every day I wish there was a search bar in the W Shop, because in the themes section, they’re not even all displayed. It’s become very hard to find certain items/themes, and I definitely agree on the inventory/docks search bar too! :)
