My pets need Dr. Quack’s miracle tonic. It was sometimes available on “daily activities” on the weekend. I can’t find it ANYWHERE at all, EVER. I really need some. PLEASE get Dr. Quack’s miracle tonic SOON. – Elfaba83

 

 

 

 

Sorry to say, Elfaba83, but when Dr. Quack stepped down as mayor and went back into retirement, he took his Miracle Tonic with him. It may show up again eventually, but for now, the supply has run out.

 

 

 

 

Do friend requests ever expire? I almost never send them, but somehow it says I have 8 out and have to wait. Just want to make sure that, just in case those are ignored (old) accounts, I can still make friend requests! Your sorry-to-have-so-many-questions friend, RHTQ1 – ngeorgianow

 

 

 

 

Thanks for your question, ngeorgianow. Friend requests do not currently expire, so if you’ve sent out your 8 and haven’t heard back, people will have to send you requests in order to become friends. You can try sending a message to webkinzsupport@ganz.com to see if they’re able to clear your queue.

 

 

 

 

 

Will you guys EVER fix one of the best fan designed pets, Axolotls? I have been very patient but each update they stay broken and shoes don’t even fit on them right, plus in the room at certain angles their hat disappears and sometimes their pant sleeve aswell. Imagine designing a pet for webkinz and winning only to find out your creation is broken! – chloetyuiop12

 

 

 

My goodness, that is unfortunate. Rest assured, we’ve let our technical wizards know. With any luck, the Axolotl and the case of the missing hat will be resolved with the next maintenance.

    I’m still having trouble with WebKinz freezing every single time the ad pops up. I can’t log out, my pets won’t move, nothing works. What can I do? I’m trying to hang in here to get my free pet this month, but this is so frustrating. Help! Please!!!

    I have a deluxe item from years back, the Alps gondola ride. Will it ever be fixed, it has not worked since webkinz x started. Thanks.

      I think this should be fixed as well, since its a 1 year deluxe item so you’re obviously paying a lot of money for something that is broken.

    Dear Fiona, Why does full membership expire after a year? I think it’s a little unfair. Webkinz are hard to find now and I don’t live in the US so I can’t even get them from amazon.com. It would be nice if we could at least still use kinzpost when our full membership expires. Is this something you guys would consider? Thanks!

      I often wonder the same thing. I have an account I haven’t played on in some number of years because I couldn’t find the username [lol, the one thing people don't usually lose XD] I finally found it cleaning out my room. I was so excited to see my little seal and wolf again, but I was disappointed to see the account not a member anymore. I also lost my seal’s code, so I can’t put him on my main account that still has the membership. I would get a deluxe membership or another animal, but I am saving up for something else.

    Chloetyuiop12, thanks for bringing up the Axolotl issues. The spotted dino and the papillion dog are a few others pets who are still glitching a bit, in case the tech team is trying to comprise a list.

    I chose an item from the list of rewards for adopting the pet of the month only to find it didn’t work at all. I was so disappointed, as I would never have picked it had I known. There are still so many items that do not work and yet were rewards for buying an annual deluxe account, etc. The item I chose was a snow maker, but no snow. When can we expect to have it working again? Thanks

    Oh yeah, I have noticed that problem with the axolotl that I have as well (that pet is quite cute ^u^)! Yes, hopefully it’ll be fixed soon… Thank you, Fiona!

    Hello Fiona, I thought I was alone in having pet problems but I see that chloetyuiop12 is as well. My Cuddle Cat is having similar issues. The worst being that her hats disappear when she moves around. Most of my Signature pets can’t wear hats either, they sit too low on the pets’ heads so that their eyes are covered and the top of their head shows. It’s been driving me crazy for years. I hope the technical wizards can do something about the Axolotl & Cuddle Cat, at least. Thanks for listening, Fiona, as always, you rock!
