Off topic, sorry, but I’m very disappointed. My membership renewal was due in Jun. I wanted to use a code I had, but I could not find where to make the change on my membership page. I sent an Email to customer service about this on 16 Jun. No reply, I was stuck on my expire date from the 19th of Jun until today when I got canceled. I had posted my problem again about 3 weeks ago, but still no reply. I did get to use my code, so I am back Deluxe, but lost my Jun Deluxe gift box. It would be nice if the Membership page at the eStore was more user friendly. Loyal webbie from 2008. Thanks for allowing me to vent.
