I am a deluxe player, but every time I click on the button in today’s activities to receive the gift, it never shows up in my dock. I play on browser (which is the only way I’m able to play) so I’m not sure if this is why the problem is occurring or not. I am very sad though because I loved this month’s gift.
Happens to me occasionally, a great way to prevent this is to spin your wheels first. I would also send a support ticket/email to them and let them know :)
You should contact support.
Make sure you take a screenshot that you tried to claim it today for your ticket and they’ll see it’s not in your dock. One time I created a ticket and they just assumed I never claimed it on the day. Also for trouble shooting: make sure all of the icons are fully loaded (the little pictures next to the activities). Click for free food or kinz cash to make sure it’s not glitching. If those don’t go in your dock, then do a wheel or another activity and come back to see if it loads the pictures on the sides. This has happened multiple times and it is very frustrating. These tips have been what has helped me.
This happens repeatedly on one of my Deluxe accounts. I can almost guarantee you your icons are not loading on daily activities. Leave the activities and reload. As soon as the little pictures beside each activity loads you are safe to click.
