Each time you find Dory, you’ll receive 1 of 3 cookies. Combine all 3 cookies in a stove to make a Deep Sea Porthole that can be displayed in your pet’s room!
Here’s how to find Dory:
Look for the Dory NPC in the Kinzville Park and click on her to get a special Dory themed gift box. Drag the gift box into your pet’s room to be awarded a Dory Cookie. The cookie will be added to your Dock:
Look for the Dory ad in Webkinz World and click on it to get a special Hank themed gift box (you will be redirected to a WebkinzNewz.com article by clicking on the ad, at which point you can click on a link to claim your prize). Drag the gift box into your pet’s room to be awarded a Hank Cookie. The cookie will be added to your Dock:
Look for Dory swimming across your screen and click on her to get a special Destiny themed gift box. Drag the gift box into your pet’s room to be awarded a Destiny Cookie. The cookie will be added to your Dock:
Once you have collected all 3 cookies, you can feed them to your pet OR combine them in a stove to make a Deep Sea Porthole that you can display in your pet’s room:

and yes my third party ads are turned on
Did you verify or are you basing that on because you can see Dory in the Park?
Is this a deluxe account by any chance? I have the same problem with our 2 deluxe accounts (no floaties) but all non-deluxe accounts are fine. Same thing happened with last campaign (the dinosaur tiles) – no floaties in deluxe all else fine. Since I never set up parent accounts, I am not sure how a setting could be wrong. Or why there would be one default for Deluxe and another for regular.
Deluxe accounts by default are opted out of third party ads. You will need to create a parent account for your Deluxe accounts an enabled third party ads.
Interesting! Only deluxe accounts are defaulted no third-party!? Different.
I tried to create a parent account but I am not receiving the email needed to activate it. It isn’t in spam either. Suggestions?? I wanted to try one Deluxe account as a test this morning so tried a few hours ago and again now – neither attempt resulted in an active account.
You may need to get in touch with Customer Service — webkinzsupport@ganz.com — they should be able to help you get your parent account sorted.
Thanks. I feel like I should try to resolve it just to help others out but I mudt admit I likely won’t have time and I am not really worried about missing floaties for myself. Which is why I didn’t worry when floaties stopped appearing on my deluxe accounts a few months ago. One of my deluxe account is much newer but the other has been around since Deluxe started. I think I only started having trouble with Deluxe floaties in the last 6 – 8 months. Did a business rule change for deluxe in that time?
I believe they reset on renewal, but there have been reports of it happening more frequently than that. We’re still investigating.
Thanks Sally. I think I will try to setup the parent account through customer service just to see what happens. I am actually quite curious now.
It worked. The floaties started once I created a parent account, changed the setting then confirmed the setting through emailed confirmation. Thanks again.
I WENT AND TURNED ON MY DELUXE ACCOUNT 3RD PARTY AND IT HAS NOT WORKED YET….I HAVE YET TO FIND ANY OF THE ADS YET EITHER? HAS ANYBODY ELSE FOUND THE ADS OR ARE HAVING THE SAME PROBLEMS?
Totally having the same problems, no Dory in the park and no ads. I am so frustrated!!
Mine is already set up for 3rd party ads and I have yet to find it for the past there days…. :(
It seems that everyone is having the same problem. Dory npc is in the park but haven’t been able to find the ad since the first day and no one has seen the floaty clicky.
We’re looking into the issue of the ad. If you can’t see the floaty click, please log in to your parental account and make sure that your 3rd party ads are checked on. If you have to turn it on, be sure to click the link in the confirmation email.
YES I AM HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM….HAVE NOT FOUND THE AD SINCE THE FIRST DAY….I AM ALSO HAVING ANOTHER PROBLEM SINCE I AM DELUXE I DO NOT GET THE FLOATING COOKIE THAT GIVES YOU THE DESTINY COOKIE….I CAN ONLY GET IT ON MY REGULAR ACCOUNT…I GET THE BAKE SALE FLOATY PRIZES BUT NOT THE DESTINY ONE….I SURE HOPE YOU LOOK INTO THIS PROBLEM AS WELL…..ANYONE ELSE DELUXE HAVING THIS ISSUE?
Please check the third party ad status of your Deluxe account by logging in to your parental account. We have increased the frequency for the ad, so you should be seeing it soon.
What if you don’t have a parent account? Isn’t no-blocking the default for all accounts? If you never made a parent account, how could a default be wrong? Why would regular accounts have one default and Deluxe another default?? I am having a really hard time believing the parent account settings are the issue (although I never say never – technology does odd things).
I’m Canadian. I found Dory in the Kinzville Park. I also found the ad the first day it happen. But I have not seen the ad yeasterday at all. I haven’t found the floating Dory since this started. I did go to the parent thing also but that did not help
Was your third party ads turned on? You would have a check mark next to it if it were. If it was off, you’d have to click the link in the email to confirm the change.
Thank You Sally. I did what you told me to do. I landed up getting the floating Dory now I have all three. What I did wrong was I didn’t check my email to comfirm. ThANK YOU
I did everything suggested, got a hank cookie yesterday and today I get campaign expired. At least I got one.
If it’s been less than 24 hours since your last Hank Cookie, it will give you that error message
Thank you. I guess I keep trying up until midnight because I can’t remember exactly when I did it. :) Are the people who can’t find the floaty remembering that they won’t see them in their rooms?
ad blocker is off, third party ads are off, Sally. Please help. No “You Found Dory” ads anywhere, on Thursday. Wednesday, they were everywhere.. What gives??

Dear Sally. Can you please tell me if there is a time restriction on dory being in the park? I tried to click on her but she was not in the park. I switched parks, I went totally out of the park, went back in, nothing, I then logged out of Webkinz World came back in, still she was not in the park. It was 10:50 pm E.S.T.
Dory should be in there all day.
I tried from 10:50pm until 11:30pm she was not there. I found her the first day and she is in the park again today but last night she was not. Is there anyway I can get the box? We can only collect 1 a day and something went wrong on webkinz that she was not in the park. I would have got my box if she would have been there.( Please do not tell me to contact customer service they will only tell me that they can not help me. They can not add gift boxes to accounts. I am hoping that you can, or find someone else that can.) I am going to make sure to let all my friends know NOT to wait until night time to collect the box. She may not be there again. Thank you.

There was an issue where Dory was appearing for accounts that had opted out of third party advertising. If you are no longer seeing her, please log in to your parent account and make sure third party advertising is enabled.
dear Sally. It is not on my account. I have been getting the dory from the park but thout that I woujd still check to see if she is in the park at night(around 11:00pm) she is NOT, however she is back in the park the next morning. I checked this two different evenings, so she leaves the the park some time before 11:00pm. the first time I noticed this it was 10:50 pm.Anybody reading this please make sure you find dory in the park before night time.
Will someone please help me get these items. I know there is a lot of demand and I don’t know many people, but I really love these movies and I am super upset that I won’t even get a shot at getting them. I will give you something valuable in return if that helps. please.
This is very frustrating. I’ve gotten a flew floaties but not ads or NPC in the park. I have third party ads and no ad blocker, I don’t know what I’m doing wrong. Does anybody know exactly where the NPC is and if it moves around?
I found the Dory NPC by the ice cream cart. She hasn’t move ever since I found her on the first day of the campaign on June 8th. Hope that helps.
technically if we are getting the ad and playground we should be getting the floaty with out changing any ad blockers or other stuff….YES?>>>NO? still no floaty…arg.

Please check your parent account to see if 3rd party ads are enabled. It’s possible that you will be seeing Dory and the ad even with that off.
