Found the ad, took me to webkinz news, clicked on claim your prize, but didn’t receive the mug. Same think happened last time you did this and I never received the prizes.
Did the prize window confirm that it had been sent to your account?
I never got one either. I found the add, clicked on the claim your prize logged into Webkinz world, got told that it would be sent to my account, and even received a pop up window IN GAME that said it was sent to my dock… but it never showed up in my dock.
Please contact Customer Service at webkinzsupport@ganzworld.com and see if they can locate the item for you.
I did not get one, even though I signed up for all of my 11 accounts!!. It is just too much trouble to file in all the forms to get 11 cups!

I never found the ad. I remembered to pause ad block. I didn’t have this problem with the Husky ad so I am not sure what the problem was.

Hi, kittymade10–the ad appears in WW on the sidebar. When you change rooms or areas, keep an eye on those ads; they will change. When you see the ad that says “You found the perfect gift” click the button and it will take you to a page to enter your account information to claim your prize. I usually have to search for quite a while to find it, but it’s random so it might not take long for you. Good luck!
