Same here! I click on the ad in Webkinz World, it takes me here to Webkinznewz, I click on the Claim Your Prize and all it does is make my screen go black, with a little picture of the mug in the middle of it! It also has a little fast forward button, and that just brings up a picture of the same mugs they show for sale at Zazzle! I never get to the box where I type in my account info. Hope this helps you solve the problem (“
