As reported in an earlier post on October 25, v.49 had a known Flash issue causing slowness and visual errors.
Mozilla has now released Firefox v.50 which has resolved these issues. If your version of Firefox has not already updated automatically, here is how to update it manually:
- Click the menu button
, click help 
and select About Firefox. - The About Firefox window will open and Firefox will begin checking for updates and downloading them automatically.
- When the updates are ready to be installed, click Restart Firefox to Update.
Please correct the problems for Microsoft Edge. Can not do most of the jobs or deluxe wheel. Thank you.
Thank you for fixing the issues. Though the nice thing about having go to chrome is I actually prefer chrome over firefox for webkinz now. Webkinz news works better for firefox though. :)
MUCH MUCH MUCH appreciated! For me, playing Webkinz on Chrome, everything just ran/loaded so slowly it was getting truly exasperating so I just stopped doing most dailies (including tending to all my beloved Growing Gardens). And that was with ads turned OFF, I can’t even imagine how much worse it would have been with them on…. So, again, THANK YOU!! :)
I still can’t use the Mailbox to send gifts to my friends :( for some reason the names drop down won’t work then I get kicked out… can you help on this issue?

Check your KinzChat phone to see if your username is on it — if it is, delete your username and it should let you access your friends list in KinzPost again
