Hey I understand that there r three defferent types of deluxe memberships does this mean that i would get bumped up to the second upgrade of deluxe for this week if so what is that supose to include please respond if u can that would be just awesome oh and bye the way this morning i got a box of chocolates from the wheel of yum i bought a table to put them on but when i bought the table the chocolates disapeared is there any way to send me new chocolates or some money or something to fix this slight issue thanks???

Ganz, I also have another problem- Towards the end of last August I logged off with 15,500 e-store points but when I logged on the next morning, I only had 5,000. Since August I have revived my deluxe prizes but not my monthly points. Then in November I bought a 1 year deluxe membership but never got the free signup points. I emailed you but you said you’d further help me if I called, However your hours are only Monday-Friday 9:00-5:00. I don’t get home from school until 5:30 and my dad’s not home from work until 8:00 so I haven’t gotten the chance to phone. Is there any other way you can help me? Sally, Please help me! I also can’t figure out how to get my free pet that I got with My Deluxe membership I got back in November? Can you help? Thx- Catqueen2014
Unfortunately, I don’t have access to any tools that would be needed in order to help you. You can try emailing again and explaining your difficulty in phoning them. As for the free pet, the Secret Code should have been emailed to you and should also be available in your account history.

Ganz, I have a furniture piece from a previous deluxe gift box called the Alps Gondola Ride that looks like a mountain with a Sky lift up, however I put it in my room again yesterday, (as it had been in my inventory a while) and looked completely different! It instead looked like a different mountain with a minecart going through the middle of it! I would appreciate it if you could fix it and restore it’s interactice part as when i click on it my pet just seems to hover above it. Same thing with my racetrack item, (the interactive coming un-interactive I mean) Please help, Catqueen2014.

I have a similar problem. Some of my furniture turned into a grey square and disappeared from my pets’ rooms. Please help!
