My auto renewal has not given me the Deluxe membership gift for the past three years!!!!! Wish I could cancel it!
You can cancel it and buy every year. I agree, it’s not fair that auto renewals don’t get the perks.
Hi annalexandracoconut! If you write to ganzestorecs@ganz.com, they are very nice and will help you out. I too have autorenewal, and have never received the Deluxe gift or Deluxe pet code at renewal time. I’ve also been unable to turn off autorenewal. So I just contact Customer Service. It may take a couple of days, but they always help. Good luck!

I plan on cancelling my auto renewal. When it renewed I got a code for another lioness. Same pet as last year. I’m waiting to hear back from customer service. I know it will take a few days as they get lots of emails.

No you are supposed to get points every month.
It could be going to your eStore account or your Webkinz account. Depends on where you chose for the points to go.

Did you upgrade an account or redeem the code to update it? You don’t get eStore points until you redeem the code. If you upgraded and entered the username of the account you wanted to upgrade, then the points go to your Webkinz account and not your eStore account, I just now noticed. I have to write customer support myself and you can’t get the extras for spending points if it’s on your Webkinz account instead of your eStore account and you can’t send anything to your other Webkinz accounts either. :( :(

Today I paid for a 1 year Deluxe membership as a gift item. I got a code for the Free Magic W Crown, but I did NOT get a code for the Super Deluxe Item, the Magic W Castle. Not in the Order History of the Account Management, and not in the emails I received confirming my purchase. I’m going to put in a support ticket.
