The Ghost Hunt
The Ghost Hunt is brand new to Webkinz Next. From October 22-31, look for the ghost around Kinzville and in the Mines. Catch it to earn exclusive costume pieces.
The ghost only appears in one spot at a time for a short period. So, if you see it, make sure you tell everyone in Kinzville!
The Trick or Treat Event
From Oct 22-Oct 31, visit Trick or Treat stands around Kinzville and click on them to earn random candy. There are four new candies added to the prize pool this year. Can you collect all nine varieties?
Halloween Mystery Capsule
The Halloween Mystery Capsule is available in the W Shop for diamonds. Collect exclusive spooky plants that can be placed indoors and outdoors. And, collect cool indoor furniture for your Halloween collection!
New Costumes!
Costumes are back with two new varieties: The Super Hero and Robin Hood. Which one is your favorite?

I don’t know who to go to for this since I have been emailing Ganz for the last five weeks, but my friend hasn’t received their diamonds for the Growing Up Baby 3 of 3 events. They do not want to age up their baby to a child. And the event states you don’t have to age your baby up to a kid to get the diamonds.
The only reason why I am commenting for them is because they never got an activation for their ganz world account at Farmer1971. They can select forget password and get a temporary one but are still not allowed to login because they never got the original activation link.
Right?? I tried making a new GW account & I went into my email & did everything, but the activation link is wrong. =\ GW has been so glitchy.
Have they emailed webkinzsupport@ganz.com?
I didn’t know where to address this question since it is related to Classic, but it is about the Halloween events, and I didn’t want my question buried. Is anyone else having problems with their Classic account not downloading the Clubhouse and it’s rooms for finding the Ghost in the Reading Room, and the Park to collect a gift from Dr Quack? It was working fine yesterday, but not today! I cleared out all old downloads, rebooted my computer, and redownloaded the Classic Webkinz app. Nothing is working to get these areas of Webkinz World up and running for me. Help! ♪♫LadyBeauty♪♫

It’s finally working, but I was getting a bit worried that I wouldn’t be able to collect a piece of Halloween candy or receive the gift box from Mayor Dr. Quack. ♪♫LadyBeauty♪♫
I miss the way some of our pets ears disappear in the hats when they wear them since the last maintenance. I don’t know why…it just looks weird to me. Also, I have heard from a lot of my friends in Kinzville and this is happening to me several times a day as well, that keep losing connection with the game server. I’ve tried everything from clearing the cache to uninstalling and reinstalling the app and restarting my computer. I really hope this gets fixed soon, because it’s very discouraging when you’re achieving a high score in a game and you get kicked out.
Lol so I’m gathering that players can now actually SEE the ghost in Next? When I went into to play in Next yesterday morning, the Ghost was apparently invisible, lol. I literally “ran into it” and was more than a bit bewildered when I suddenly recieved Robot Shoes and there was nothing there. And I wasn’t the only player who could see nor find the Ghost, lol. Very happy to see this was fixed and someone had a stern talking to with said Ghostie! ;)
The swings aren’t registering a visit from my baby. And why do we keep losing tasks every week?
There must have been 30 kinz in town tonight looking for the ghost. It was so much fun. Is there a timing for the ghost like every 15 minutes? Everyone keeps asking each other. So funny to see everybody go like a flock of birds to the ghost when someone spots it and tells us all to go over there! Thanks for the great sense of community.
I agree, beerfeet! It has been so much fun ghost hunting and hanging out with the Webkinz community.
My new favorite thing in the ghost hunt saga is when my friends invite me to play, and transport me to wherever they found the ghost, and then I do the same for my other friends. It is working pretty well! I just wish the ghost appeared more frequently and hung around a bit longer.
Ghost hunting is super hard. Whew, worn out!
Ganz Staff: I would die if you all did a Behind The Scenes video on the brainstorming & creation process of pets or items. That would be super, super awesome!

THANK YOU for all the fun new items! <3 I've never seen as many pets as Kinzville in one time before. This sense of community/camaraderie makes it extra fun.
I really like the little ghost avatar. It’s really cute and the see thru aspect is a nice effect. I’m not a huge fan of this particular capsule theme, but I AM a huge fan of the costumes. Especially the Candy Corn Witch, which is one of my all time favorites in Classic by the way, and the Robin Hood costume.
