- Log in to your account TODAY—MONDAY, OCTOBER 31ST (desktop app or mobile) to receive a 2022 Halloween Treat Bag! Inside you’ll find a Rock Star Wig, a 2022 Candy Bag that can be worn as a belt by your pet, and a delicious Bat Pop!
- Make sure you visit Today’s Activities (desktop app only) on Halloween for a spin of the Super Wheel! You’ll have a chance to win one of these super Halloween-themed prizes!
- It’s the last day to visit the WShop (desktop app or mobile) and collect pieces from our Halloween Ball theme (including the NEW mirror, fountain, and balcony)! Get them before they disappear at midnight (EST)!
- It’s also the last day to visit the ghost in the Clubhouse Reading Room and finish collecting candies for our 2022 Trick or Treat event! The grand prize this year for collecting them all is a set of Haunted Lockers!
- Halloween costumes for your pet are still available in the KinzStyle Outlet (desktop app) or in the Mobile Zone of the WShop (mobile app) until midnight (EST) Tuesday, November 15th!

Happy Halloween! Could someone please tell me how can I change the timezone for my webkinz classic game account? I’ve looked everywhere and I can’t find the right place to do it, please help! Thanks a lot. :)
Unfortunately there is no way to change your time zone in Webkinz World.
Wasn’t back in the “earlier” Webkinz, when it asked for more personal things like addresses & emails, you could…? My friend got her account in 2007 & her time zone is Bulgarian which really messes me up, lol.
You used to be able to select North American, European or Asian, but you couldn’t select more specific than that. Those options were removed for new players years ago.

I put my 2022 Candy Bag belt into a wardrobe, then removed it, intending to put into a different storage unit. But instead of the 2022 Candy Bag belt appearing on my New Items Dock, the Apple Farmers Satchel appeared. Anyone else have this strange experience?
Okay, weirdly, I discovered the 2022 Candy Bag belt on my pet, just now. Not sure how that occured, or why the Apple Farmers Satchel appeared on my New Items dock at the same time. But, happily my 2022 Candy Bag belt is safe and sound.
Your pet was probably wearing the Apple Farmer’s Satchel. You may have dragged the 2022 Candy Bag onto your pet instead and it replaced the belt it was already wearing.
Sally Webkinz Thank you for the explanation. I should have realized it. Sometimes the belt items are hard to see, depending on the pet and the rest of their outfit. I just have to pay attention a bit better.
Yup. Mine turned into the Pumpkin Queen dress. That was disappointing.

Earlier today I sent the glampire coffee table and the settee thing (both new items this year) from my Next account to my Classic account but they have not arrived. I sent them over an hour ago. What should I do? I’ve logged in and out of my classic account several times over the hour+ since I sent them and even went back on to next to check if they were back in my next dock somehow – they weren’t.
I’ve been saving kinzcash for ages to get items from the glampire theme and I don’t want all the kinzcash I used on those items to be wasted by them vanishing from next but never arriving in classic.
They are looking into it — your items should arrive once it’s resolved.

I didn’t receive today’s Peek-A-Newz gift box and Bootooyoo even though I completed both. Does anyone else have the same issue?

At 8 p.m., the Peek-A-News and Bootooyoo page was blank. Usually we have til midnight to get those.
There is currently a server issue affecting items being sent from Webkinz Newz. The campaigns have temporarily been suspended while this issue is being investigated
Same issue for me. Maybe a Halloween goblin decided to play a trick on everyone?
I did not receive mine either, and later Peek-A-Newz was gone. It just said ‘Campaign’.

Help! I got the notification on Next about the Halloween gift but I wasn’t ready to claim it when I was using the app on my phone. I got on my tablet later and the notification was gone even though I never clicked on it and claimed my prize. How do I get my prize now?
