We had storms and lost my computer for a few days can I please have a basket?

The basket is a storage item, but not a fridge. You can store items in it, but not food.
When I clicked on the basket yesturday to open it, it did not open at all.

i forgot to log in today and i missed my easter basket :(
My family has four accounts, only one of the accounts received the Easter Basket. When we logged into the other accounts the daily log in that shows the food you receive did not come up nor did the accounts receive the Easter Basket. Why is that happening?
If you were using the Desktop App, you need to exit the app entirely before switching accounts. Please contact webkinzsupport@ganz.com for assistance.
