If you simply log out and log back in again with a different account you won’t receive your gift. At that point you will need to open your alternate account(s) in a browser in order to get your gift.
Sally Webkinz, The prizes were awesome but for some reason my fireworks panel #5 won’t work correctly. When it tries to shoot the fireworks the entire panel turns solid RED. I have tried it in different rooms, on different days, and the same thing happens. All the other panels work great. Is this a defect in my panel? What can be done?
Well, for now you can put it on the left wall. But it’ll be fixed after maintenance tomorrow.

I logged on for Webkinz day but for some reason I didn’t get any of the prizes. All of my siblings did on their accounts though. Is there any way I can still get them?
I missed webkinz day and all the special things because I don’t have any way to log into webkinz I changed my password when asked to it worked for a day then no site to log into
