That sounds like an internet connection issue. If you’re on wifi, you might want to try rebooting your router. Otherwise, it’s worth trying to uninstall and reinstall the app.
Thank You for your reply,did troubleshooting Internet is working fine. I am not electronic savy so i’m going to ask a question that might sound silly!! If i uninstall the Webkinz Next app will i loose everything on my acct. Thank you
No, all of your data is saved on our servers, so you can uninstall safely.
werent these codes already put out a couple months ago?
I just got a Windows update and now Next is full screen and I can no longer see my taskbar at the bottom. I thought there was a setting to adjust for this but I can’t seem to find it. Is anyone else having this issue? Any idea how I can fix this?
Press the Windows key and Enter to toggle between windowed and full screen
Thank you, Sally. I’ve tried this but it doesn’t work. Maybe it’s just me. But if it’s a Windows compatibility issue I hope it can be fixed. I seem to remember some setting to change within the app. But that was many updates ago. Thanks for your help anyway.

I have all the pets, over 55K in family score points, I have the 100 + travel points in the vacation section and it still deducts the $. I so appreciate all the help, it was very informative and helpful, again. THANK YOU
A couple comments. There is no free free vacation as Karl said, Next still deducts 100 points, and why wouldn’t a Next code be given away for a Next Podkinz? I really was excited until I saw it was a classic code, a letdown
Travel points are how you get your free vacation. It doesn’t cost KinzCash or Diamonds. You get Travel points when you earn Family Score.
You can go to seaside resort everyday for free. depending how much family score it gives you. You only need to fill 4 or 5 pet hearts though it will only keep up to 100 points. I normally fill all 10 pet hearts so when i log on for the next day i have 100 travel points. The first thing i do is go to the travel agency and get my ticket for that day. Then i will go fill pet hearts and come back to the travel agency after i am done with my pet hearts and i will have 100 travel points to use the next day. I then go to my vacation. Webkinz pod kinz normally have webkinz classic codes and they give next codes for holidays or challenges. Hope this helps also this pod kinz was posted before so if you already entered these codes you will not be able to enter them again. Hope this helps.
If you have less then 4 or 5 Webkinz you probably can’t go do vacations everyday for free. Though you can save up travel points by making pets happy. For example if you have only 2 Webkinz you can make those happy and depending how much travel points it gives you. The next day you can make them happy again and go to the vacation for free if it gave you 100 points in total. You can check to see how many points you have by going to the travel agency and will see a plane with with a heart saying travel progress it in the top left corner. If a pet has 75% happiness and you do a pet request it will fill to 100 percent. And you will get 20 or more travel points this is for the first 10 pets. Note If you already have 100 travel points and do the pet request it will not give you any travel points since you have 100 already.
