Daycare is now available for Kids in Webkinz Next!
Sending your Babies and Kids to Daycare is a simple way to earn their growth moments.
When you send a baby or kid to daycare, they are gone for 8 hours. When they return, they’ve gained one growth moment. Each pet can only be sent to daycare once a day. It takes 15 growth moments to grow up a baby or kid. With daycare, your pet can grow up from baby to adult in thirty days without completing any growth requests!
Once your pet grows into an adult, you can use their three sparks to spark new babies.

Really like this new feature of being able to grow up kids faster :) especially the added touch of the teddy bear in chairs etc :)
If sending babies and kids to daycare is going to continue to be part of challenges, it would be nice if maxed out babies and kids could go too. I understand that it currently awards a growth point, but couldn’t that point just go nowhere if they’re maxed? Or perhaps just max out their heart, so they’re happy? On another note – I have sent lots of kids to daycare, since this feature came out, and the places the teddy bear remains are AMAZING! From the Ferris wheel to swings – it’s so funny to see that bear hanging out in places. I really love this part of the feature!
Love that you added this option for kids! Now we can grow them a bit more quickly when needed/wanted. Thanks!
I didn’t send my real children to daycare. If I HAVE to send one for a challenge, I just pretend that they are spending the night with their grandparents!

it wont let me the only option is to let them grow. i dont want to grow them
Daycare is only for kids and babies that have growing to do, since it awards a growth moment. If your kid or baby is ready to grow, it doesn’t need daycare
When I select my kid, the send to daycare option isn’t there, am I missing something? Is it because there growth bar is already full?
Yes, daycare awards a growth moment, so if your baby or kid has a full growth meter, they don’t need daycare anymore.
I personally don’t send my kids to daycare. I send babies only. Seems to take me longer to get the babies I want to grow.

I do not send babies or kids to daycare. I only have one of each and I try to keep them as babies/kids in case of a season challenge. I also try to save any prize diamonds so I can spark only after they “have to” grow up. Diamonds are precious.
