Obsessed with game. Please make thrill mountain challenge with vehicle as a prize or a thrill mountain season
Not a fan of this game.
would be really nice if there was a tutorial within the game of how to play. This is a major issue I have noticed with ALL of Next’s games, there are no tutorials on playing.
ngl I don’t understand the level requirements. multiple times I’ve reached the finish with time to spareand yet get a “game over” so ???? idk how I’m supposed to proceed in the game
The top left shows the number of coins you’ll have to collect to pass the level. It counts down as you collect. In this case, finishing isn’t enough — you have to reach the required score.
Well, that is the point of releasing a game WITH the required instructions!
I agree, I didn’t understand the game either, and it wouldn’t hurt to include instructions. Like somebody said, that it is ok to run over the things (marshmallows, I thought it was sugar) and not try to hop over them like on Polar Plunge, and that we have to collect coins in the first place. A tutorial would have been nice, but some instructions for starters would have been essential.
ngl that is supremely unclear from the UI. I appreciate the info tho!
This game is wat too hard for kids. Webkinz should have different requirements for kids & adults; seems like adults play now more than us
I agree with you BubbaC
Thank u Best Bud, also, let us know what u want us to send u
I really enjoy this game! The only addition that would be nice is an extra life or two – if you don’t get all the coins, having a couple more tries to pass the level would be really nice (from the beginning of the level or the checkpoint)
I’ve tried several times. My highest score=8. Not for me. If ever it’s “required”, I’ll pass.
I’ve really been enjoying Thrill Mountain! The environment’s fun, and I think it’s really neat to see old Ganz properties getting new love in Next! (I’d never even heard of the original Thrill Mountain before!) Spent way too much time trying to beat it, but I certainly didn’t mind the payout. I do have a couple points of criticism, though. (I wanted to do a bulleted list but line breaks don’t seem to be working? So apologies for the text block.) 1) Like people were saying in the comments of the last post, it’d be nice to have written instructions! The game is pretty intuitive, but there’s a few minor points that would be nice to clarify, like the mouse controls, which I’m pretty sure don’t function like any other game in the arcade, or explaining to players that it’s okay and even encouraged to crash into the marshmallows/onions. (I think it’s easy for players to think this is like Polar Plunge and try to keep up their speed/dodge obstacles in the same way) 2) I really wish there was some kind of pause button for this game! Even though the first few levels took only a minute or so, it seemed like they took longer as the game went on. 3) I don’t think anywhere mentions that you get a trophy for finishing the game? The last page only said “Finish the game”. I have to admit, I was kind of hoping to win the vehicles, like how we get the ball from Mazin’ Run, but I’m choosing to take this as a positive sign that they’ll instead be won in easier ways, like through a challenge or those arcade achievements. (Plus, the trophy design is still great, and it’s always fun adding another to the collection!)
i think it’s a great game! i like how it controls on desktop and mobile, both seem equally responsive to me. the theming is also very cute! i think the difficulty is also fairly well tuned, finishing all the levels seems like it’d be appropriately tough (i certainly haven’t managed it yet). thanks for all your hard work!
I find this game very hard
