    I would really like for Ganz to let the current Deluxe members have the option of buying that awesome dragon. I have been a deluxe memeber for a couple of years and my account is not up for renewal for many months, so I can’t get the dragon, even though I would if I could. Ganz is making its current Deluxe members mad by not letting us in on the special deals that the new deluxe members get. Yes, I realize that they want to attract new Deluxe members, but they should also think about making sure that their loyal, current Deluxe members are also made to feel special. We pay a lot to be “Deluxe” but don’t feel like they appreciate the fact that we are already loyal Deluxe members. It seems like we are being punished for having already renewed our membership. If I would have let my accounts expire and not renewed, I would be able to do it now and get the dragon, but how would I know that some better deal might not come along that I’d miss. Maybe I should just not ever renew my Deluxe account because I might just miss out on a really cool incentive. I don’t know what to do, but I do know that I’m uspet about not being able to get the dragon BECAUSE I already HAVE a Deluxe membership.

    This is not acceptable. Up until now I have spent way more than I should but I am done because i already paid them I am not allowed to have or even purchase a pet meant for deluxe members but because I am a already paid deluxe member I am excluded. I understand the need to gain new customers I will not spend anymore if being a current customer means being excluded from new and exciting items
