This is a very cool incentive/prize to be deluxe. I have to say how upset I am ……seeing as I just renewed 15 days ago…..I would have waited. Not happy at all to miss out on such a cool pet with very little time difference……great job with the incentive though!
I bought the deluxe membership with 4 additional accounts yesterday and did not get the bonus points. I called the 888 number for the estore, told them, in the morning, never got a phone call back. I called back at 4 PM and was told they would be deposited at midnight. The bonus points are still not there. Can you please deliver what you promised?
I have had way too many bad experiences out of the clubhouse. I got ripped off for my army. That’s why I go in regular kinzchat.
