Make sure you’re using Chrome or Firefox and that you don’t have an ad blocker turned on.

You don’t need Deluxe membership to receive a package — you would just need to adopt a pet to get Full Membership :)

I’m not sure if they can receive a package? I know they can’t send any, but can send and receive letters. Not sure if they can receive pkgs. anyone know the answer to this?
well if its true then thanks i blame ganz and there deluxe mem nonsence if they woudve stuck with a no expired member hip back in 2009 or 2010 if it was everyone would enjoy it but beacuse of this its popularty is for sure going to drop and i know its happing but anyways thanks :)
Well, in the past, you wouldn’t be able to access your expired accounts at all. You don’t need to purchase Deluxe in order to enjoy most of Webkinz World — you would just need to adopt a pet.

I can see Ms. Cowaline fine but my kids keep getting ads for dating sites with risque pictures when we white list Webkinz. I’ve flagged them as inappropriate, that seems to only encourage it and I have notified customer service but I have not received a response. So I’ll try here. These types of ads are inappropriate for a children’s site, not to mention these photos are objectifying.
We have our ad team investigating. These are network ads, not ads that we’ve specifically partnered with — flagging them as inappropriate should help them track it down faster, as they seem to be bypassing Google’s filters.
We’ve been getting the same ads too. I was quite shocked.
Players are repeatedly mentioning the problem of not being able to “see” Ms. Cowoline in the Park, EVEN WITH ADS ON. This too is a problem for us. EVEN WITH ADS ON. On accounts that have ALWAYS HAS ADS ON. On accounts that are able to “SEE” Ms. Cowoline one day in the park but NOT THE VERY NEXT DAY. We have tried turning ads OFF and BACK ON, clearing cache, tossing cookies and clearing history since the beginning of time. Not being able to see Ms. Cowoline in the park seems to be a problem with NON-DELUXE accounts. Dear Steve, Betty, Sally and all our KinzPalz, any ideas to correct this problem? Yes, we are after the elusive and (used to be) extremely rare Scientist Costume. :)
Are you by any chance doing the Movie Theater before heading to the Park? I’ve heard some reports that that sometimes interferes. Make sure that ads are turned off before you log in to Webkinz World — if you turn ads back on in the middle of your session, it doesn’t update.
Sally, thank you for the rapid response! No, not doing the Movie Theater before heading to the park. LOL, just checked the parent area for this account (used to be able to turn off and on ads on the WW page), and this being the oldest account at 11 years, the parent area is not letting us log in — I’ll send customer support a note. Thank you again for your dedication to us kinzfriendz.
Third party ads shouldn’t matter for this because it’s considered an internal ad. If you’re running an ad blocker, that will definitely affect it. I heard someone else say that it worked with the ad blocker on, but that’s definitely an anomaly. If you’re running an ad blocker, I’d recommend turning it off — before logging in.
Sally, just logged in and out on this account and was able to see Ms. Cowoline in the park — went to the park first. Will try that on all accounts now. I think there’s a Bratty Zum having fun causing mayhem for us. rofl
My ads for Webkinz have been turned on for ages. My history, cache and computer are cleaned out faithfully twice a day. I’ve also visited the park religiously every day and Miss Cowoline has yet to make an appearance anywhere in the park for either myself OR my husband! LOL! Perhaps someone should remind the old gal she has a previous appointments to keep? :D
You’re going over to the theater area of the park, and not just where you arrive at it? If you’re using Chrome and Ad Blocker Pro, you will need to disable Ad Blocker or Ad Blocker Pro, reload initial page, then click play, and log in. Go directly to the park before doing anything else and it should work.
