A new Sewing Club event starts today and runs until midnight, Sunday, November 30, on Webkinz Classic. During this event, look for the floating Sewing Club Basket on Webkinz Classic and click on it to collect spools of thread.
There are five different spools to collect:
The amount of thread you can collect each day is based on your tier:
Combine any three unique spools of thread on the Clothing Machine to make Kinzville Sewing Club prizes for your pets!
The first time you log into Webkinz Classic during this event, you’ll be awarded the Sewing Club Handbook. You’ll also be able to find it in the FUN STUFF section of the W-Shop under BOOKS:
You can use the handbook to find out what prizes you can make by combining Kinzville Sewing Club spools of thread on the Clothing Machine at the KinzStyle Outlet on the Webkinz Classic Desktop App.
Here’s a look at what you can make:
The Crochet Cactus, Nursery Quilt Tile, Sewing Club Floor Tile and Sewing Club Side Table are extra special, because they change if you rotate these items in your room:
Remember, you will be able to collect spools of thread by clicking on the floating Kinzville Sewing Club Basket on the Webkinz Classic Mobile App, but the Clothing Machine is only available at the KinzStyle Outlet on the Webkinz Classic Desktop App and the browser version of Webkinz Classic.

How often do you see the floating basket? I’ve been actively playing for about 30 minutes and have only seen one floating basket. (I’m a Deluxe member so I should be seeing up to seven each day.) Do they ever start floating by just a wee bit faster? Curious to know others’ experiences!
I was hoping they would remove the Sewing Club Display Sign, the Sewing Club Floor Tile and the Pretty in Pink window curtain. Those are my least favorite items. Would have loved to have seen a Crocheted Chair, a window with a patchwork Crocheted curtain, and a Crocheted patchwork dress (sorry…I’m getting tired of all the Adventure and Academy clothing items. Need something different!). And, yes….we NEED a BLUE Sewing Club Side Table! Please!!!!!
I missed the last Sewing Club event and am excited for all of the different options, however I do think it’s odd to have Adventure Scouts clothing and Pretty Pink Curtains. I guess those are items that you can sew, but I already have each of those from other events. It’s fun when the items are more unique and new.

I’m surprised they didn’t add anything new. I’m kinda bummed about this, honestly.
This is just the second round. I wouldn’t expect something new just yet.
Will be fun again.. But same as last time.
