I am a deluxe member and it doesn’t expire for a month and It wont let me get this what should I do? I have clicked it multiple times on todays activities!

I don’t get my rewards because I play on an iPad!!
I am having the same problem. I have a lot of months left on my deluxe membership, but there is no arrow to click next to the item on the Things to Do menu. I tried logging out and back in. I have checked all through my inventory in case it magically appeared there on it’s own (wishful thinking!) but sadly, it’s not there. I will contact webkinz support. Please let me know if there is anything else that I can try.

They should be in your estore order history.
If they are not in your order history, you may want to check your email. One time, when I ordered a lot of stuff in one batch, I got an email with multiple codes instead of it being in my order history like I was expecting.
Thanks gingerdare & Katz1259. I went back 2 my Email, I didn’t see a code that I could enter in the code shop. Am I missing something?
