I participated in the community challenge for the baby swings, but didn’t receive the prize (pink penquin hat). Anyone else have a problem with getting theirs?
hpquinlan, did you click on the challenge icon on the top left of your screen? You have to do that and click where it says “collect your prize.”
No, I didn’t realize I had to do that and now the icon is gone. :(
I did click the icon to begin with to see what I had to do (and daily as I monitored progress); any way to get this prize or verify my participation?
Me too! I received it the day it was completed but the next day I logged in, it wasn’t in my dock anymore :(
