Wondering if there was a glitch with the candy cane collection? I did not get the grand prize of the fireplace on my account or my granddaughter’s account. I finished mine last week and have made it to the chair again. I just started over on my granddaughter’s account. Neither of us have the fireplace in our docks. I have checked under furniture and the other items. What is it called? Do I need to contact customer service?

Somehow requests from yesterday weren’t in my message center today. (being from my own accounts I was expecting to send them today but they weren’t there)
I have a request – each holiday season, could you please design a holiday themed storage item and make it available for kinzcash? Thanks to the amazing talent of the design team, and the overwhelming generosity of the Ganz team, we receive a boatload of wonderful Christmas items – clothes, decorative items, holiday foods, etc. – and I would love to have a perfect holiday related place to store them all. The glampire theme was a perfect example of what I am looking for as I have the dresser for the clothes, and I have all of the halloween food in the lockers. Please consider doing this for every holiday, as I already have some great Christmas items and I have no idea where I will put them so I can find them again next year. Thanks for lavishing us with gifts in Classic and Next!
