I watched the video on Nov. 17th, and won a Isla panda buddy, but it never showed up in my dock. Is there somewhere else I should be looking for it? Maybe at the code shop or adoption center?

I love Webkinz and have been apart of this site from the start. I really think it is unfair for the US to recieve promotions and chances to win exclusives for their Webkinz and people in Canada or other countries can’t. I have over 105 Webkinz, I have bought all different kinds of Webkinz merchandice, and used the estore. I support Webkinz and love love love to play on this site every day. It just really makes me down when I see something new and cool, only to see that I can not participate because I do not live in the US. Does anyone agree with me????
My son LOVES pandas and was so excited to see that he could have a litttle panda for his room thanks to this promo. And then I had to tell him US only. I agree that your company does alot of good. However how can I explain to my 7 year old that what I’m teaching him – to treat everybody the same because we are all the same – is totally different when it comes to Webkinz because we are Canadians?

First off I’d like to thank Ganz for letting us Canadian get some of the prizes offered in this new cool promo. However, as usual, we seem to be getting the worst end of the bargain as we are excluded again from getting the cool prizes. Really Ganz! Do you not realize yet that Canadians purchase just as many Webkinz as the US? I myself have over 300 of them, both plush and e-store and each of my kids has over 200 pets each. Does that NOT qualify to receive a free virtual plush? You really make Canadians feel as if they are unimportant to your business.
