I got the kinzpost saying I got the prize but it didn’t show up in my dock. Tried logging off and back on twice but still no atv :(

anybody who has gotten the plushie, but it dissapeared from your dock, this is how to get it back! go to your room and click the zum face in the upper right corner. choose the panda from the selections, and the panda will float around you like a zum ! hope this helps,
